They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. The driver removed our whole driveshaft before towing it instead of just the small section required. We got to our destination and he laid the driveshaft on the garage floor next to our truck and left after getting paid. It cost us an additional $150 for the repair shop to put it back on because it took 2 workers to perform that job. So, they towed us effectively but left us spending more money than necessary. So, if you are in the area looking for a tow place for your tractor and trailer call the competition instead. Not only did it cost more for driveshaft but it also cost us valuable time that we didn't have to spare. Either that or call them but ask to not get Kyle!
