When I looked into mobility aids, I found Get Around Mobility and gave them a call. I lucked into dealing with Nikko who was reassuring when I questioned him about the ease of renting a wheelchair. We decided to pick up the chair at their facility and I called Nikko prior to heading there. We had difficulty finding them and when I called back for directions, a woman gave us directions and said that no one would be back at office for 10 or so minutes. We waited outside what looked like a closed office and after 10 minutes we tried the door and Nikko was in there the whole time. They don't keep the door unlocked for security reasons. Rental was seamless. Wheelchair got me to multiple venues including the Sphere, Arte Museum, and Michael Jackson One. Arranged for pickup Sunday morning, and again, Nikki came through and took care of business! Thank you Nikko and Get Around Mobility! Primo service!

Worst service ever. Owners do not stand behind Pride products and provide zero customer service…read more We paid $3300 for a new scooter and had issues from day 1. Color ordered was not available for 7-8 weeks, so we changed the color. This was a different scooter than my previous one: owner spent less than 5 minutes explaining new scooter, because "we've had one before for 10 years ". Of course we had assembly issues at home. Brought it back and they accused us of forcing it together and bending a pin. I never even sat on it. Owner then told me to stop swearing - I'm 70 years old! I wasn't swearing AT him, but the situation. Lol The owner's wife called my daughter a bitch. We're the CUSTOMERS! It was only after all of that, he looked at the scooter issue and found it was not bent and it's ok now. Before, telling me that part always breaks and Pride needs to address it. Touting costs of $1000 to repair and saying it was a common problems for Pride. Again, I had the new scooter for a week - never used it. I reported the store to PRIDE, who were wonderful and stated that they have had no issues with that scooter. They will be escalating an investigation. They also gave a new dealer to go to. Another point, this store has limited hours and no emergency number. Open till 4 Mon-Fri, Sat till 2, closed Sunday. So, if you have issues and tickets to an evening event, you're out of luck. They stated they needed a day off. Business owners? Ha! BUYER BEWARE - LOTS OF MOBILTY STORES IN VEGAS. THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE.

It seems like the prices here are reasonable and fair, and the salespeople are very honest. He told us the brands we'd be better off avoiding, for example.
