I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. Your Company is Strongly Recommended! Great Teamwork!

The answer, in seconds, provided me a list of ten. I selected a location and headed out. Finding it was fairly easy, in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I'm the type of person that is lured in by great customer service, something this store SEVERELY lacks. What attracts customers are not your products!!! But your accommodation, adaptability, and overall inviting character. I've only had a bad encounter with a woman who seems to be the owner. A young man there and another young lady have mostly assisted me but after my encounter with the owner? I was convinced to never come again. Therefore I'm confident to say I will NEVER buy supplies from this company again and neither should anyone else. You've lost a valuable customer!

However we saw an add For "The Beach Wheelchair Company" we were in shock... I called and rented the beach wheelchair immediately and thankfully we were able to get her on the sand, under the tent, and wheeled her around even taking her to the waters edge. The best part was it was so very easy to rent and they were able to accommodate us last minute. Fernando was so helpful and his drivers are great professionals who did an amazing job explaining how to use the chair. I will be eternally grateful to the entire staff that made this trip possible and so memorable for the entire family..!!! I highly recommend this company, we will be using them during our august trip as well... IVY...

Maria and Fernando delivered us a beach wheelchair to the hotel we were staying at and we got to go to the beach as a family. Our 14-year-old daughter has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, and without this company we would not have any opportunity to show her the ocean and let her join us on the beach. I wish every hotel would know about this opportunity to share with their guests, because it is a life changer. From the initial inquiry, to the delivery and demonstration, to the pick up at a different location - every step was handled so professionally and kindly. They were so understanding and patient with us as we traveled from Miami to the Keys, and back, allowing us to try lots of different beaches. I am so beyond impressed with them as people, and with their organization- they made our vacation truly special. I would give ten stars if I could!!!

I traveled 120 miles round trip to resolve this with them over others who wanted to repair/replace everything, including an engine battery that was testing fine.
