I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. I'm the type of person that is lured in by great customer service, something this store SEVERELY lacks. What attracts customers are not your products!!! But your accommodation, adaptability, and overall inviting character. I've only had a bad encounter with a woman who seems to be the owner. A young man there and another young lady have mostly assisted me but after my encounter with the owner? I was convinced to never come again. Therefore I'm confident to say I will NEVER buy supplies from this company again and neither should anyone else. You've lost a valuable customer!

I requested a quote through the handy Yelp option and they responded back promptly. *Off topic but the Yelp quote option will also send your quote request to several other businesses so you can price shop with one convenient click of a button. Amazing!* Anyway, they quickly replied and offered the most competitive pricing, and after reading the great reviews I chose them for my needs. I then called and spoke with Andrea who was wonderful. Professional and courteous, I told her I was trying to decide between 15% or 5% and she quickly sent me pics of both shades on different vehicles to help me decide. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was awesome. Shortly after making the appointment I received a text confirmation with all the pertinent details - date, time, type of tint, and color, and price. They offered a one hour window for arrival and the next day they arrived promptly at the scheduled time! Wow! Now, if you're from Miami you should know that this is a rarity. Someone on time. I was in heaven. Victor was a pleasure. He was polite and professional. Him and the other gentleman who came were so thorough in their work. They examined the windows and made sure to show me any pre-existing scratches on the windows that could affect the quality of the end result. I appreciated that attention to detail and also their commitment to protecting their good name. The finished job was PERFECTTT. I am so picky and it was so perfect. Again, I was in heaven. Lol. Their work was meticulous, and they left the car spotless. Once done they advised me on how long I needed to wait before rolling down the windows and placed courtesy stickers on both panels to help avoid any errors. Those stickers saved me TWICE! Lol. Overall, I really can't say enough good things about Shine Bright. I love the mobile option of it. So convenient and easy. Their communication and attention to detail is by far the best I have ever received. The quality of work is phenomenal. Fair pricing. Def give them a shot next time you need tints!
