I'm the type of person that is lured in by great customer service, something this store SEVERELY lacks. What attracts customers are not your products!!! But your accommodation, adaptability, and overall inviting character. I've only had a bad encounter with a woman who seems to be the owner. A young man there and another young lady have mostly assisted me but after my encounter with the owner? I was convinced to never come again. Therefore I'm confident to say I will NEVER buy supplies from this company again and neither should anyone else. You've lost a valuable customer!

Our 14-year-old daughter has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, and without this company we would not have any opportunity to show her the ocean and let her join us on the beach. I wish every hotel would know about this opportunity to share with their guests, because it is a life changer. From the initial inquiry, to the delivery and demonstration, to the pick up at a different location - every step was handled so professionally and kindly. They were so understanding and patient with us as we traveled from Miami to the Keys, and back, allowing us to try lots of different beaches. I got there at 1:30 PM and waited over THREE HOURS, only to then be told it was actually "first come, first serve" -- something never mentioned on the phone. When they finally worked on my car, the employee didn't even read the order correctly and started working on the wrong window, which resulted in my windshield being cracked. Then after installing the new motor, the window controls worked backwards -- pressing down makes it go up and pressing up makes it go down. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed the part instead of their installation. To make things worse, Mirka/Mirta was disrespectful and unprofessional when I was understandably upset. Wasted hours of my time, damaged my car, and handled the situation terribly. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.
