Frustrated after trying to find medical supplies that were no where to be found in the larger chain…read morepharmacies,I turned to yelp and googled "Best Medical Supply Stores in Miami". The answer, in seconds, provided me a list of ten. I selected a location and headed out. Finding it was fairly easy, in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, the prices were fair and the service....fabulous! I was assisted by the owner Tina. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer. A well deserved full five stars.

I'm the type of person that is lured in by great customer service, something this store SEVERELY lacks. What attracts customers are not your products!!! But your accommodation, adaptability, and overall inviting character. I've only had a bad encounter with a woman who seems to be the owner. A young man there and another young lady have mostly assisted me but after my encounter with the owner? I was convinced to never come again. Therefore I'm confident to say I will NEVER buy supplies from this company again and neither should anyone else. You've lost a valuable customer!

Well I enter this suppler And extremely recommended by the doctor office direct, (Dr. M. Cala) in Hialeah Fl. So I took my husband to "Aldo Surgical supply store in Hialeah garden". We walked in the store we got treated good so for, we show the prescriptions that Dr. Cala had given us, to inform them about what we needed, the treatment was wow!! meaning Im not going to call the office to get the information! My sure deploy battery also needed replacing (another service shop wanted to replace a panel and battery... $800+). I prefer fixing issues... not replacing all parts and discarding useful items in landfills. Based on their report of what they did, I have full faith in their service today. I traveled 120 miles round trip to resolve this with them over others who wanted to repair/replace everything, including an engine battery that was testing fine. That other shop wanted to replace my windshield wiper blades (likely based off of time they knew instead of looking at them)... I had replaced my blades a few months prior. Very friendly team. Comfortable waiting room.
