I called and rented the beach wheelchair immediately and thankfully we were able to get her on the sand, under the tent, and wheeled her around even taking her to the waters edge. The best part was it was so very easy to rent and they were able to accommodate us last minute. Maria and Fernando delivered us a beach wheelchair to the hotel we were staying at and we got to go to the beach as a family. Our 14-year-old daughter has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, and without this company we would not have any opportunity to show her the ocean and let her join us on the beach. I wish every hotel would know about this opportunity to share with their guests, because it is a life changer. From the initial inquiry, to the delivery and demonstration, to the pick up at a different location - every step was handled so professionally and kindly. They were so understanding and patient with us as we traveled from Miami to the Keys, and back, allowing us to try lots of different beaches. I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! My sure deploy battery also needed replacing (another service shop wanted to replace a panel and battery... $800+). I prefer fixing issues... not replacing all parts and discarding useful items in landfills. Based on their report of what they did, I have full faith in their service today. I traveled 120 miles round trip to resolve this with them over others who wanted to repair/replace everything, including an engine battery that was testing fine. That other shop wanted to replace my windshield wiper blades (likely based off of time they knew instead of looking at them)... I had replaced my blades a few months prior. Very friendly team. Comfortable waiting room.

I've known him for decades so when he made InMotion, I was delighted. He really knows his stuff. I like that he actually employs people with physical disabilities. Other companies should do that too. They have very good customer service. We all need to earn a living but so far the prices aren't so absurd. It's a great place to get your vehicle adapted or buy a van that they will adapt for you. As far as I know, I don't know another place where I can refer people who need their cars modified. Keep up the good work!

After a month it stop working because it was installed wrong from the get go. When I called WS they delayed the service because they were waiting for the install warranty to expired and get more money from the VA. You guys are an abomination.
