Without another word she said she would 'be back' ..took a child outside to her mother then walked by me without a word. She never returned. I left. I will never, ever return. I am appalled at how poorly I was treated. Then I when I called to soak to someone about my experience I was left on hold for over 15 mins until I hung up. This type of customer service is NOT customer service.. it is neither professional nor neighborly. It is down right RUDE!! NO business should operate this during a pandemic or any other time. At this company we don't get raises at all and god forbid if we ask for one. We work like a dog everyday with a crappy pay. They do everything in their power to ignore concerns for better pay. This company has gone down since we got a new HR who really isn't a really a human resource manager but actually a realtor, they just didn't want to pay for and actual HR service so they decided to keep it in the family and to top it off he doesn't care about his employees. HR is suppose to be there to protect the employees and is suppose to be the barrier between the job and the employee, and or just to be there when we the employee needs to be protected but in actuality he is the problem. Our problem and concerns were constantly ignored, he has no communication skills with employees, He will go days or weeks just to not respond at all to our problems we text or email him about. Not to mention there is no employee handbook at this work place to go off of which allows them to make up rules as they please. Another, thirty minutes before we saw the the Dr., who was very nice and very professional, but we were kept waiting too long in an empty room. We read all of the books I brought with us multiple times. My child was tired and hungry by the time he was seen. I don't blame the service providers, as much as The scheduling , but it would have been much better to just make an appointment for 3 or 3:30pm if we when we didn't leave the office until after 4:30pm.
