I completely understand that delays happen, especially in healthcare, but keeping patients informed goes a long way. Sitting for nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment without any communication is frustrating and feels disrespectful of my time. I'm hoping the actual dental care makes up for this experience, but the lack of communication and long wait has left a poor first impression. At this company we don't get raises at all and god forbid if we ask for one. We work like a dog everyday with a crappy pay. They do everything in their power to ignore concerns for better pay. This company has gone down since we got a new HR who really isn't a really a human resource manager but actually a realtor, they just didn't want to pay for and actual HR service so they decided to keep it in the family and to top it off he doesn't care about his employees. HR is suppose to be there to protect the employees and is suppose to be the barrier between the job and the employee, and or just to be there when we the employee needs to be protected but in actuality he is the problem. Our problem and concerns were constantly ignored, he has no communication skills with employees, He will go days or weeks just to not respond at all to our problems we text or email him about. Not to mention there is no employee handbook at this work place to go off of which allows them to make up rules as they please. This company if very bias, are you really a five star company if your employees are not happy with the work office. Honestly I would not recommend anybody to work here or to do business with them. They've proved themselves time and time again just to be money hungry supremacists.

I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.

I had to get my child out of school early because you can't be late. We waited about 30 minutes for the dental hygienist who was very sweet, named Barbara. She took time to let my son look at her tools before using them, she even offer a choice of flavored for the toothpaste. Another, thirty minutes before we saw the the Dr., who was very nice and very professional, but we were kept waiting too long in an empty room. We read all of the books I brought with us multiple times. My child was tired and hungry by the time he was seen. I don't blame the service providers, as much as The scheduling , but it would have been much better to just make an appointment for 3 or 3:30pm if we when we didn't leave the office until after 4:30pm. I requested a private room, but I expected to be seen promptly. We will return, because it was very clean and organized. The doctors and staff were all very good with children.
