Dr. Brown is a a great dentist. She looks at our charts from the X-rays and gives you the best information and solution to any issues or concerns of needed. We are scheduled for cleaning and my husband is finally removing his golds out of his mouth. Yayyy! Yes, it's definitely a trend that will be in his past soon. :-) But, we're definitely excited and can't wait until the results in a few months. We will be back soon.

I left , went outside and called back, she answered hearing her voice as I walked back inside , she looked at me and said "oh". She still preceded to say well it wasn't me. I do t have anyone on hold but the lights blinking on the phone, really? I would never give my money to a place that can't even figure out how to run the front office. From the second I walked in the door it was nothing but an amazing experience. Wait time was absolutely amazing. It only took maybe 5/10 minutes past my appointment time to get back. But understandably, they have to prepare your room, do some pre operational stuff, even if that wasn't the time and it took an hour, I wouldn't be made because at the end of the day, I needed my teeth removed. It's better to attract bees with honey and not vinegar. Then as I went to get my procedure done. The assistants were absolutely amazing. They answered every single question I asked without being annoyed. I was especially nervous seeing as how this is my first surgery that required anesthesia. They were amazing as I was falling asleep, they were very comforting and understanding. Seeing as I live about 30/45 minutes from this location. By the time I got there, they had my prescriptions ready to go. I have not been in pain since. I recommend this oral surgeon 100/10. I also thought I should include the drivers thoughts while he was waiting too. "It was a job well done," he said. One of the biggest problems is that you cannot contact the office directly. Every call is routed to a central call center, where you are passed around without ever reaching anyone who can actually answer questions about your visit or your bill. I had a question about a charge of $125.60, and each time I called, I was told someone would reach out to me. No one ever did. After multiple failed attempts to get a clear explanation, I had to contact LegalShield to send a certified letter requesting an itemized invoice. Instead of calling me back, the office sent an invoice with figures that still did not add up and no real explanation provided. A simple visit turned into a long, frustrating process that should have been resolved with one straightforward conversation. The lack of accountability and poor communication make it very difficult to trust their billing practices or their patient care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Coast Dental and suggest seeking care from an office that values transparency and direct communication.
