I was treated with respect and my processes were explained to me. We began with my husband as a patient. Now I have switched to Captivating Smiles and we brought our two young children along too. I have had a few small mix-ups with scheduling and billing over the years. We have a primary and a secondary dental insurance - which can make billing a bit tricky. But the issues were quickly rectified when brought to the front desks attention and they were nice about it. I will admit, the front desk could use some work on follow-up and billing. But I don't go to a dental practice for the front desk. I go for the dentist, her work, her expertise, her bedside manner, her professionalism, and the cleanliness of the office. This was my daughters second time to the dentist (7 years old) post COVID and the first visit with another provider wasn't that great so she was scared going in and had a lot of questions! I was also able to join her in the back while she had her appointment. Ms. Melissa, the Dental Hygienist made her feel so comfortable and even complimented her and encouraged her through out the entire x-ray process, sensing that she was a bit uneasy. There were no tears and lots of smiles once she was done. After the routine X-rays we went to the cleaning room to do her routine cleaning and we got to meet Dr. Natasha Gates. She was so pleasant and let us know what was working and what we could improve on with her oral health also making sure my daughter understood her responsibility to her brushing and keeping a great smile. Day of appointment, Call number or they will call you when they want you to come inside for your scheduled appointment. Once inside, checked temperatures of both parent and child. Ask Covid-19 questions again in case they have not done so at the appointment setting. The staff are all wearing masks, gowns, face covering to protect eyes. The place is clean and sanitized.
