The dentist took my child through the pain of numbing and when she was uncomfortable with the isolite tool that chocked her the dentist gave up on my child and left the room abruptly. Why work with kids if you lack patience. Sedation was recommend they referred us to a location that's 45 minutes away. The stonecrest office will never see my child's face again. wish I could give negative stars. They were so booked up that they booked my son "emergency cavities" out 3 months. We finally show up for our appointment for them to tell me that the doctor called out and no way could see my son and they couldn't give me a sooner date because there all booked up.. I finally got a date and took my son in only for it to be a stand still line outside because whoever had the key was 45 mins away... SMH. we finally get in and I was told my son had 8 cavities and that they were going to fill 2 for that appointment. When they finished my son gets up with 2 huge metal/ silver caps in his mouth. I'm pissed at this point. I was told that's the procedure and that it is cosmetic and will cost out of pocket for them to remove them. I got all my paper work and went to a dentist in lilburn only to find out my son doesn't have any cavities and that i should look into insurance fraud that they are running there at that office. read more

Not a good experience! My grandaughter was having her first filling and was a little frightened. The doctor asked her her age and she respondes"12". The dictor actually told her to "suck it up".. This is supposed to be a children's dentist and that response was inappropriate. Thia little girl is a very respectable ploite child.. They are hiding what they actually use to numb your kids. Check into what's being used/injected in your kids. And guess what if you need a sample Of it they won't give it to you. So they can give theses things to your kids but won't give a sample To you if what they gave your child to get tested to see why they had a allergic reaction as soon as they left there office! DO NOT take you children there. DENTAL SERVICE IS POOR. My daughter has been going there for years, a year ago she turned 18 years old and we changed dentist. Upon initial examination of her teeth, her current dentist evaluated the filings as very, very POOR. We were not told of all the cavities that she had that could have been taking care of. There dental cleaning was very poor. They are big on multiple referrals where they get kick backs/ referral payment from other Dentist. But at the same time, they don't send over the x-rays to the referred Dentist; you have to call them multiple times, they will say that they sent it, but they never will, therfore you child are subjected to multiple x-rays and increased radiation that are bad over time. As parents we take our children to THESE SO-CALL PROFESSIONALS for regular dental check every year, we reply on these professionals to provide us with good service and not just take our insurance and our money and not do their jobs. This is FRAUD; not providing good service or at least basic service that a person in the same profession would. BE WARE you will not know it now, but as your child gets older you will have to pay out a lot of money to fix the dental problems that they should have prevented or at the very least properly corrected. read more

If you have other choices, don't take your child here. My daughter has been going here since she was a toddler - every 6 months like clockwork (she is now 17). Somehow, they always manage to find cavities. These folks find more cavities than any dental office in America - these people are cavity psychics and detectives. My daughter had sealant put on her teeth, gets them cleaned every 6 months, brushes twice a day, and they still find the number of cavities you would find in someone's mouth that doesn't go to the dentist at all. A lady today told me they found 16 cavities in her child's mouth. What has to happen for a child to develop 16 cavities in 6 months? And when you ask to speak to a dentist - they are busy and can't come and take questions. What type of foolishness is that? They send people out to answer your question who aren't dentists. Terrible customer service. And be prepared to wait when you go because they overbook, and there is ALWAYS a long wait. They don't respect your time, but when you need one minute of theirs, for questions about your child's care, they can't step out to answer your questions. My child has 2 more visits here before she is 18 - but if I can find another child dentist before her next appointment, I'm moving her. So, if you go here expect to wait, expect for your kid to have a cavity (they are going to find multiple....trust me), and prepare for the dentists to not come out to speak to parents. The staff is nice....but it doesn't offset the overall poor experience. Trying to keep it in the community, but this makes it hard. read more

First time here with my daughter today, so I arrived early to fill out the paperwork. There were cartoons in the waiting room, which helped my daughter get acclimated, HOWEVER, some of the parents in the waiting room need to realize they are around CHILDREN. At least two parents were sitting in the waiting room on their phones fussing and cussing with a room full of children. It would have been nice if the staff asked them to step outside with their conversations (which is why I only gave 4 stars). Once we got to the back (about 15min after appointment time), it was awesome! The staff/techs were sweet and attentive. My daughter got comfortable quickly. Before the cleaning started they let my daughter touch some tools to see that they didn't hurt. They told her, on a 3 year old's level, what they were going to do before they did it and I really appreciated that, because I think I was more nervous than my daughter. The cleaning was done in a timely manner and I only had to wait on the Doctor (after the cleaning) for about 15-20min. To top it off, they have TV's on the ceilings above the chairs to keep the children occupied. Overall, it was a great experience (aside from the mothers without home-training in the lobby) and I will return in the future. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! Arrived 45 minutes before scheduled appointment and still did not get called until 1hr after appointment time. On next visit 6 months later I figured it makes no sense to arrive on time so I arrived 15 minutes after scheduled appointment and was turned away. Were they waiting with an empty chair at my appointment time? I dont think so. I guess it was the end of the day and the lazy ass at the desk just wanted to go home early. My children love this office. They are courteous, on time, efficient, pain-less, and they care about the children. I have been going to this office for the last 2 years and have not had any issues, but today was a very different story. My 5 year old is very anxious when going to dentist the all the other hygienist have always been able to calm her down, but the one she had today was not able to settle her down at all. First when i got there i wanted to get sealant for my daughters teeth, and the receptionist first told me because my appointment is at 4pm there will be no treatment, when i pressed the issue, it became a medical necessity based on what they recommend in the back. I proceed to the back and the hygienist that saw my daughter was nice nasty. The doctor came to see my daughter and the hygienist whispers in the doctors ears about my daughters teeth, the doctor check my baby's teeth and says nothing to me about her teeth. Then the hygienist comes to clean her teeth. I ask her about my daughters loose tooth and how the other tooth is coming in on the inside gum she says to me and i quote that is the least of your worries. Because there were other patients and moms there i choose not to make a scene in front of my child. Then she call another person over to her and proceeds to whisper to him about my daughters teeth. At this point i was feeling very uneasy about all the whispering. The gentleman call me in to the hallway, mind you her never examined my daughters teeth, so he pull me in to the hallway and tell me my daughter needs to come back for a crown, i ask him will it be sedated or not he says if you want sedated we have to refer you out. I asked which tooth and which he continues to say its your choice if you want sedation on not and he walks away. I proceed back to my daughter who per the hygienist is done with her cleaning. As my daughter get off the table she begins gagging at which point she then throws up on the table. I wait for her to finish i take my baby to the bathroom and clean her up. I return for the supposed referral form. They hygienist tell me to sit on the purple back bench. I want for the gentleman to come give me form to fill out and i wait again for him to come back. Another young lady see me waiting and she asks for the form and takes it to the gentleman. he walks me up from and says please schedule the crown as soon as possible. Please keep in mind i still don't know what tooth she needs the crown on and we get to the from desk and the lady copies the form and i ask her so what is next, she says give us a few days to send the form and you can call them,i said who am i calling she says the number at the top. At this point i had had enough. I am disappointed that i have to find a new dentist for my daughter because as we left she says to me i do not want to go back there again they are mean and made me throw up. If you do not like children or dealing with parents with small children do not work in a pediatric setting. i work in healthcare and i know that this is not how you handle any patient. As a mom i am disappointed by how the Dr did not even address me and tell me about my daughters teeth health. My kids have been going to this dentist since 2010. Even before they moved to this location. It started off so great I can't deny but clearly over the years anyone off the street was hired. There are some characters you have to ask yourself why are they here. Today was just the last straw. Why set an appointments if it's not going to be honored. Over an hour wait. Then get to the back and wait, wait some more. Then when the dentist finally comes. She starts to work and didn't even WASH her hand before jumping from one mouth to another. She most have been stressed out because she went from super sweet to very discourteous in two point three seconds. First to my eldest child then, Right over my youngest child. I tried to get her to talk calm and remain calm over my youngest. This"professional" told me she work with, then wanted to tell me her life story about her own, then got upset when i want interested in them at this point. Then she proceeded to say she was stopping the treatment that i already paid for and my child was prepped for because she was in her feelings and the situation was going on another direction. Female what direction could it possible go in around kids, in a professional setting, and all the while on your job? OMG get out your feelings and do your job. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I arrived about 5 minutes early for a 2:30 appt as i walked in i saw wall to wall people and kids sitting on the floor due to the overcrowding i asked the receptionist if they were behind considering rescheduling when i saw the crowd she said no the 2:00 just went back (at @2:30) i waited and waited and didn't get called back until after 3:30 at this point i'm fuming because you basically decided on how to handle my time yourself if i were 1 hr late would you still have seen us..been going here for a little over a year and this place has gotten progressively worse....it you have time to waste with the lowest standard of professionalism have at it...seeking a new office read more

Been taking my kids for 2 yrs and they have progressively gotten worse. We get there 10 mins early and wait an hour to get called to the back. My kids informed me they still had to wait after being called. We left 2 1/2 hrs later. Today we waited 45 mins and left. It was blazing hot. They said the air was broke, but it's always broke.
