My child had an appointment today, the actual service and staff in back were amazing as usual but that front desk staff member was very unpleasant! Her Customer Service was a negative experience. They charged me for services im fully covered under and couldnt explain to my insurance company nor the billing dept why I was charged! It was lazy, very defensive, a "bothered" attitude, talked down instead talked to and then referring to me as if im not present. She wasn't welcoming from check-in to check out. Her demeanor was as if she didn't want to be there. Non mannerable, not a "Thank you!" You're welcome come again...nothing!!!!! Love the location but maybe I need to re-consider other locations. read more

Do not go to this location the manager is there do not care that they had a worker there that wrote this on the back of my daughter's excuse. Only reason why they're saying that is cause they're getting mad that I asked to stay in the back with my daughter because she has anxiety with the dentist And she's only 14 years old. I am a good mom with my kids, bringing them to get their teeth cleaned out and their cavities filled they don't wanna fill my daughter's cavities all the way they want me to come nine times to do just one cavity, on top of that they want me to pay $20 cash every time for some sedation for my child. They know what they're doing which is a waste of time I've been to other dentist Places and they've done all my kids cavities in one day. This is very unprofessional for someone to write this in the back of the excuse, imagine me taking this to the school and this could've lead me into bigger problems and having the school question me about being a bully!!!!! I was so shocked when I saw this and so disturbed that they would say something like that about me when I've been nothing but nice to these people they talk behind your back so if you do not want this kind of problem, avoid this area. This place is amazing with children. The dentist and the assistants communicate with you every step of the way. They is a restroom as soon as you walk in. The place is decorated so nicely, very kid friendly. You receive a card with your next appointment as well as an email to add it to your calendar. I love that because as a parent of multiple kids life can get busy and im always thinking of many different things. My youngest was able to get a toy and a cool face mask. GUESS WHAT..... a Black Female Dentist helped us out here. This was good for my two girls to see that they can also be denrists in the future. Thank you to the staff here and the dentist, this was a great experience for us all. I felt calm and relaxed here with my kids. There is alot of seating he re e so that you can watch your kids every step of the way as well. Parking is great because this is in a plaza. On one level ans handicapped parking is also available. The actual dentist office is huge so dont be fooled by the outside. read more

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Jackson and his team. My two youngest sons have been going here for a couple years and we have always arrived at appointment time and they have never had to wait to be seen. They are in and out and the staff has always answered any questions we've had. I am actually sorry one of my kids just aged out and now will have to switch to a new provider. read more

I had my appointment at 10:30am I didn't like that I'm waiting since 10:30am they still don't attend me and it's already 12:00 and I my daughter still hasn't been seen.!Literally the seats are unused they got a lot of people in here still haven't been seen. This office is very disorganized and unprofessional. They have wasted my time on several occasions. When you ask the ladies behind the counter any questions they become very frustrated and respond rudely. This office will schedule a child for a service then on the appointment date provide a different service if they even service yo the child at all. I won't be bringing my child back to this location based on fear of retaliation. read more

My child had an appointment 4/17/21. She had a few cavities that needed to be addressed. I was given an appointment 3 months out because they were "backed up" because of COVID. FF to a week before the scheduled new appointment. I realize she has a conflict - she has a mandatory precollege event that requires her attendance. I call in to reschedule (well in advance) and the only thing available is 3 more months out. So what actually is happening in the 6 months that we cannot get the service that we need? What if an abscess sets in? As a long term patient of this office I would think that a little more understanding and consideration would have been offered. Possibly call if there was a cancellation. Yet all I got was because of COVID, no staff et al. Outrageous! I am willing to bet that new patients are being seen. Where is the loyalty? We have patronized your business for more years than I care to list and there is 0 consideration. But hey, I guess that's just business. read more

We definitely started on a bad foot. I decided to make same day appointments for my children and when i got there only one child got seen. So they rescheduled my son and when i started to say "ok this place just had miscommunication." I took the day off to bring my son in and they cancelled my son appointment 2hrs before. They couldn't call the night before at least i would of not lost a day of work and my son a day of school. To top it all off there was no rescheduled appointment!! You can't even get a hold of the office to speak with someone.. I hope some other patients have a better experience with them. read more

I must say, the staff at this location are so professional. As I'm sitting waiting on my daughters today, there were some rude people that came in. I mean, the rudeness was so uncalled for. For instance, one lady wanted her and her significant other to go back with their children, when clearly the sign says one parent. Another lady can in and didn't want her temp taken. Bad service, i came for a teeth clean, got the teeth clean service but everything was horrible for starters i had to sit inthe little chair thingy for more then 10 minutes waiting on a denist, then she proceeded to put the sticky stuff on my teeth but does a horrible placing it on there she put it all over my mouth,lips , and gums missing all my teeth , it was also a lot of conversating then working which is why i had to wait 10+ minutes for a dentist. They didn't even let my sit up she just told me to get up and get my goodie bag . Bad experience read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and well kept throughout the entire patient and open visible area. Never an unnecessarily long wait from arrival to departure. Was unusual to hear the staff gossiping towards the end of the work day as we were some of the last patients seen. I felt it should had waited especially since children were present. read more

My baby had a dentist appointment this morning at Dentistry for Children at 7:30.. There has never been a time that she did not have to be put on the restraining board, and have people to hold her down. I was already prepared for her to show completely out.......she usually cry when the person come in the room..... Not today my baby made me so proud... she only had one lonely tear.....me on the other hand ......I WAS CRYING LIKE A BABY. I could not give the staff there enough kind words they made my baby feel safe and she was calm for the first time ever at the dentist. I am so thankful for the staff there read more

I never liked dentists as I was growing up due to a horrible experience with a dentist as a 7 year old in NYC. So now I am an adult and I have a 3 year old. I took her to this place and I was concerned about how the staff would be and how she would react. HERE IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED: This place is wonderful. It is clean and the staff are ALL sweet and kind. They are punctual, they will fit you in where cancellations have happened without even asking. So no waiting 5 months for an appointment. I LOVE this place and I cannot say enough about it.. but here are some things that I found such a tremendous blessing: 1. PUNCTUAL 2. KIND 3. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT (SUPER CLEAN) 4. IPADS on the walls with games for the children 5. Beautifully decorated with 3D animals on the walls all over the office 6. Playhouse area for the children 7. Flat screens mounted above the exam chairs so the little ones can enjoy great movies (age appropriate too!!) 8. Really nice prizes and stickers when the children are done with their services 9. AWESOME gift bag for new clients, includes a nice tshirt with the "Dentistry for Children" logo 10. MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT and was so happy to go there and get a filling.. they use giggle gas and the place is peaceful.... The staff are great people. Their isn't a long wait. This Morrow location is just as nice as the Jonesboro locate. My kids are happy with their dentist. Would like to give 5 stars but one of the billing reps could use some customer service TRAINING! She was not very nice at all!! Back to the important stuff--the facility is clean and inviting, wonderful staff, very friendly to the children (and to their parents). This is a wonderful place to take your children (especially if your children are not comfortable going to the doctor, dentist, etc.). These individuals are extremely friendly and patient. The atmosphere is perfect for making children feel at ease (and not intimidated or unsure) about what is about to happen to them when they are called back to see the dentist. The dentist is courteous, professional and friendly. Again, WONDERFUL staff...one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in quite some time.
