New resident of GA and was referred to this dentist office by a friend. I was initially told in January that my insurance was accepted and in network just to find out this month that wasn't true after I was sent an invoice from the office of unpaid insurance claims. The first office representative I spoke with tried to blame it on them no longer being in network with my insurance but after consulting my insurance company the agent informed me they never were in network and are not HMO and have never been so she was unsure why they would service me anyways. As I am not confrontational but discussed my frustrations they said they would take off half the bill but as an office who was 100% wrong the full bill should have been taken care of. So annoying when you have people who don't know how to handle processes correctly that are important!!!

On September 21, 2026, my 8:00 AM appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Taylor was having vehicle issues. I was asked to move my appointment to 1:30 PM, to which I agreed. While I was on my way, I was called again and asked to move it to 4:45 PM, which I also agreed to. While on my way a second time, the appointment was canceled entirely. Today, September 22, 2026, I received a call at 9:43 AM asking if I could come in at 1:00 PM. I agreed once again. Due to traffic, I arrived and checked in at 1:21 PM, only to be turned away and told that Dr. Taylor could not see me due to the office's grace period policy. Given that I accommodated multiple last-minute schedule changes and cancellations on your end over the past two days, I find it extremely inconsiderate that no flexibility was extended to me upon my arrival. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. Please process the following requests immediately: 1. Cancel all current and future appointments for both myself and my husband. 2. Send complete copies of all dental records for both myself and my husband to my email address wesleystacie@gmail.or Postal Address 87 Roseberry Dr Stockbridge Georgia 30281 Please reply to this email to confirm that our upcoming appointments have been canceled and that our records request is being processed. They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.

I was stared at and told that she could not do that. I said to her forget about the appointment and asked where is the owner/dentist. If I could give zero stars I would…read more I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience. I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.
