I was extremely nervous to use the service because my pets mean so much to me. They came everyday for a week and we could not have been happier with the service. The pet sitter texted me an update everyday so I could just relax and enjoy my vacation. When we got home the cats were so happy and clearly well taken care of. I will definitely be using this service every time I go on vacation now.

They were quick to respond to any and all questions and made scheduling the visits super easy. They not only fed the kittens, but they did the litter, emptied our litter genie (those bags get heavy after a few days!), watered the plants, brought in packages, and cleaned up messes after our mischievous tabby got into things he shouldn't have. Each visit was followed by a report of everything tended to, how the kittens were doing, and photos of the kittens during the visit. We have already scheduled additional visits through Fur-Friend Care for another trip, and will continue to do so in the future. This is a friendly, thorough, and professional pet sitting service and I would recommend it to anyone!

I am trying to warn pet parents in the area about the VCA on kirkwood highway. I had a 4 month old…read morepuppy that was brought in 2x over the course of 4 weeks for coughing ; the first visit they said to give him a bland diet. The next visit because he was still coughing was on Monday Nov 4th. The vet said he had kennel cough but his lungs sounded clear and he looked good. By Saturday my poor puppy died. His lungs were so full of fluid when they did attempt to put in a tube during CPR fluid just came pouring out of his lungs. This all happened over the course of 5 days. The vet did not want to do an xray as his lungs sounded clear. My puppy has died due to the negligence of this animal hospital. I called them Monday to speak to the office manager and was told she would call back. Last night I received a text saying sorry and she would look into it and have received no further communication. There is no reason a healthy puppy should pass away from kennel cough.
