EZ Brook German Shepherds - After mowing the yard

EZ Brook German Shepherds

(10 reviews)

I have an EZ Brook girl who has extreme anxiety. When I requested suggestions and or help from…read moreSuzie, she flat out said she didn't have time to do anything for me. Suzie is very abrupt. Most recently, our dog was diagnosed with epilepsy and when I tried to post to the FB page asking if anyone else had any experience with this, Suzie (who is the moderator) of the FB page didn't even post it. She doesn't want anyone to think her dogs are anything but perfect. I wasn't looking for medical advice, just feedback on whether or not anyone else had experience with this. Guess I am not one of the chosen owners. Very unprofessional!

I have known EZ Brook and it's owner now for well over 11 years and she is the only German Shepherd…read morebreeder I will ever use! I found her after two heartbreaking ordeals and lots of research. The owner is very knowledgeable, compassionate and responsible breeder. Over the years I have known her there has never been a time where she wasn't available to answer a question, to support the people whom own her pups or do what she needed to help someone out. Over the years I have heard and seen the disgruntled people complain about her and this is so not true unless you can't follow the rules. Some people truly don't understand that there are regulations she has to follow and even though she has crossed all her t's and dotted all her i's on her end people still don't listen. She is a breeder with a wealth of knowledge and I have found it hard to find a vet that understands this breed as well as she does and if you think it's just a dog then this dog is not for you. All breeds act differently. In the past year she has proven two vets here wrong and sadly one of my pups didn't make it. If she seems gruff to you or unprofessinal that it is solely in your lap. She has a hectic schedule and if you think you can simply stop by than that's not the case. She is not just any breeder but someone looking to find loving homes for the puppies she breeds. She is very selective in whom she gives them to and in the world we live in today I don't blame her. So if you are looking for a German Shepherd and you want to purchase one from a reputable breeder whom will always have your back and assistance you in all the care and needs of your new family member than this is where you should go. Hands down the most amazing breeder I have seen and other breeders should take lessons from her.

Today I took my Aussiedoodle to Pleasant Pet Resort in Nottingham PA. To be groomed. I told them…read morespecifically that I did NOT want a poodle cut and showed her the way I wanted it with picture #1. I said I believe this was a puppy cut. In a few minutes she came back out and said there was some matting on his check and underside and that she would have to cut that closer. I agreed but said I still wanted the rest of my dog to have a puppy cut... not a poodle cut. After a bit she came out with a dog that I did not even recognize as Teddy. Picture #2 shows his now Pom Pom ears and a Pom Pom head and and a fluffy tail. I said "I told you I did not want a poodle cut! She said she had told me she would have to do that...She did not say that. She said his chest and belly had some matting and she would have to cut that short. I said ok but leave the rest about an inch to inch and a half. I told her I was very upset. I sure she already knew that. I had already paid the $60 bill but she did not offer to cut the cost... just walked into the back. The other worker at the counter said nothing. I felt like crying on our way home. but I think I was too angry. I will not return to that center.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the 2nd time we've kenneled our dog. This was the best…read moreexperience he's ever had. We told the ladies about his anxiety and they not only had a separate place for special needs dogs they made him comfortable enough to even associate him with other dogs. They told us he actually made 2 friends. The first time was not here but at Applebrook Bed & Biscuit, and they asked us not to bring him back. They did not have the time to work him or with his anxiety. After they assured us they would.
