I had seen their work in my daughter-in-law's new kitchen so I knew their work would be great. They didn't disappoint. I gave them my ideas and they came up with a great product. It did take a little longer than I expected but was so worth the wait. I wanted to match the color of my existing cabinets and they referred me to another company to do the actual staining which was perfect! I'm thrilled with my "new" kitchen. Would go back to them in a heart beat for another project!

I checked on the progress over several months, from July 2017 until Feb 2018, with repeated promises of the work to be done, today I asked the people in the front about the work to be done, and they said they knew nothing about it. Apparently this was a side job being done by the individual and not the company. I was not rude, but was asked to leave.

I contacted them for a fairly simple job…read more I had wanted an estimate to run a natural gas line for my grill or convert my grill over to propane. The technician that they sent out was very cordial, very prompt and gave me the estimate for running a gas line. He couldn't give me an estimate on the conversion but he said he would look into it and get back to me either that day or the next day. I called the company a week later and had to leave a message for him and left another message for him three days after that. It has been over three weeks and I have not received a phone call. This is not the kind of service that I look for in a plumbing company. Have a Yelptastic day

I was looking for an awning over my back patio. I called Razorback, they came out we agreed on a…read moreprice and they ordered the awning. My roof has a section that protrudes out, so they were going to have to use a corner piece to go around the protrusion. The awning butted up against the house until the corner pieces were installed. The awning over the protrusion left about a one inch gap. they installed a metal bracket to conceal the gap. I'm not sure why they couldn't make it butt up like the rest of the house. This part of the installation didn't look professional to me. I addressed this issue and was told they couldn't make it butt up because of the eave how it was made, but it butted up on the rest of the house just fine. Not only that but when it rained it leaked. I called them to complain about it and they came out tried to seal the leak, but it still leaked. They were called six times and six times they came out and it still leaks! I just quit calling them. I don't think they can close the gap or seal the leak

I have the guy on video removing it.. with an excavator) and that he was actually marking the center my PRIVATE ROAD.. that he was 15 ft off .... Still wanted to argue after I proved where the first line had been marked And he admitted to not starting at the point of reference as stated in the property description instead he started where the measurement had been altered thereby making all other measurements incorrect. All he did was try to solidify the good ole boys club at work here in McDonald county. He should have marked the RECORD DEEDED line as requested .. not the altered one He even went so far as to nailing in old railroad spikes siting them as magnetic targets I'll advise to NOT hire this company it also noteworthy to mention in another review on google the person states they have been fined for unethical work practices
