I am happy with how these shelves will hold up under the weight of books, the owners of the company are happy with how great the shelves look, the rest of the office is happy I can finally get all these old bookcases moved out and clean the area. Everybody wins. I look forward to getting Chad to come back and add shelving to the rest of the walls of the "library" that I had covered in books while he was here.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"

Work quality is just as bad--poor roof support, ongoing leaks, and issues they tried to dismiss as "pre-existing" after covering them up with new siding and Sheetrock. I assure you, there were no leaks previous to this minor fire. This has been a costly, frustrating mess. Avoid this company.

While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island.
