Although he was a pleasant fellow, he said he's sorry; he wants to make everyone happy, but they build houses, not doors with stairs and didn't have time to take on my job. I don't have a problem with being busy or only talking on big jobs. However, to make an appt and have someone wait, not show up and then say sorry we can't do your job is bad a business practice. Please be honest and don't waste people's time if you feel the job won't bring in the revenue you require. Our time is important too.

Here are some other details. We had searched for a couple months looking for someone to screen in our porch. We wanted a metal framed screen and most others were telling us it HAD to have it framed in wood or the price was way higher. We have lived in FL before and have had huge screened in areas without wood so we knew it was possible. Screenmoblie made it happen. The product is great. The screen is what is used in driving ranges so it can take some blunt force. Thankful we haven't had to test that yet.
