Communication was awful. No updates unless I chased them, and then it was vague excuses or blame-shifting to the city and subcontractors. (due to nearly identical addresses), the responses were rude and unprofessional. I paid over $20,000 and still have not received a final itemized statement. Work quality is just as bad--poor roof support, ongoing leaks, and issues they tried to dismiss as "pre-existing" after covering them up with new siding and Sheetrock. I assure you, there were no leaks previous to this minor fire. This has been a costly, frustrating mess. Avoid this company.

Because of the complexity and coordination with the flooring company, we chose to work with both because of their previous partnerships. While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island.
