Painted the back porch East facing doors Mesclun Green for Feng Shui purposes (look it up). Jake and team were back and did a great job, again. They suggested painting the garage doors, which I hadn't even considered could be painted over, so that was eye opening. They took off the faux hinges that decorated the garage door and retouched the black paint, since it was fading. We'll be calling them back for indoor kitchen cabinet painting. Bella Vista has a few rules and regulations regarding painting that we had to follow to get the go-ahead. We were a bit worried about handling all the paperwork from a distance, but thankfully, JT was there to offer his help if we needed it. JT also recommended a great contractor to handle the trim work we needed to complete before starting the painting. After each phase of the project, we received updates with photos of the completed work, which was great! There was just a tiny hiccup when one of the doors was painted the wrong color, but JT was on it right away and sent someone out the next day to fix it. We really appreciated how considerate his crew was--they even covered our neighbors' cars with tarps to protect them from overspray since the neighbors were away and couldn't move their vehicles.
