I have moved over 10 times in the past 30 years. B2 did their job as well as I have ever experienced and better than most. This job was relative straightforward. Moving my mom from a small house (about 1,000 sq ft.) in Van Buren to a new house in Rogers. From responding to my request for a quote to clean up after the job B2 did a great job. I called Adam on Tuesday and sent him a list of what we needed moved along with a general description of the job. I received a quote within a couple hours. I told Adam we were ready to move when he was. It so happen they had a slot available the very next morning. They arrive on time at 10am the next morning, went right to work and completed the job quickly. My wife was amazed by the team's politeness and professionalism. With plenty of room on the truck, they even went the extra mile and loaded a few things that we were planning to move ourselves. The job was completed with out any damage to our furniture or houses and the invoice was exactly as quoted. We have another family member moving this spring from Bentonville to Rogers. Truly great experience from time I called for initial quote, till all items were moved safely to their new home. The 4 B2 movers communicated proactively, showed up early, keep moving the entire time, and got all of our stuff moved from our 4bedroom home into our new home safely. Great movers! Jesse and Adam have a great team! I needed to move the next day. And, in addition to that, I was movomg from a 3rd floor apartment. They fit me in their already busy schedule and even helped me pack up loose ends. I had some items going to a house and items that needed to be dropped off at storage. They were patient with me when I got scatterbrained. They worked straight through until the end with no breaks. You won't find a better moving / delivery company than B2 ! They were very prompt with returning calls, arrived on time, and handled the furniture with great care. The guys at B2 Delivery were fantastic!! They followed up to confirm my appointment the day before, showed up on time, explained their process and they were off and running. They were respectful of a few items I requested extra care in handling. I did not need to provide any supplies. They wrapped and protected big items, placed everything right where I needed it and set the beds up. For some reason, It could be my mistake, the staff was very interested in moving what has been already packed and left what was not, causing long delay, confusion and disturbance to me at the very last moment.
