PROS: Arrived on time, polite, worked consistently through extremely hot weather…read more CONS: Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged due to a lack of using moving pads that were made readily available, I had over 25 unused pads, ample shrink wrap and tape avail. Couch was rubbed through to the wood from something sitting on top of it with no pad. Expensive baby crib rubbed and marred due to no pad. Changing table and toy box rubbed and marred due to no pads. 2 living room chairs, both rubbed/stained with something due to no pads. Hutch base chipped on the bottom from scrapping it when loading/unloading. We have moved several times with helpers in the past 3 years, and this was by far the worst experience. They did get the job done. I feel I paid top dollar for mediocre service. I would not use them again mainly because of the damaged furniture, as it was preventable.

My wife called to book Get It Done Moving several weeks ago. She spoke with Eva and gave a detailed…read moreroom by room description of everything that needed to be moved. Were scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, 2022 and were quotes an hourly rate for 4 hour + a 26' truck with 3 movers. The movers were scheduled to be onsite at hour home between 9AM and 10AM. They did not arrive until 11AM and with a 20' truck and only two movers - one of them a skinny girl. My wife called Eva to discuss. She said she would send 2 more guys and a bigger truck, but that it was my wife's fault for not providing better information so they could send the right size truck and number of movers for the job. After spending another hour arguing about what it would take to get the move done - they finally got started loading the boxes onto the truck. 30 minutes later, my wife calls to tell me they movers said they couldn't do the job. It was just too big for them. They unloaded our boxes and left. Now we have no movers, we close on our home tomorrow, and the new buyer is supposed to move in the next day. I have a back injury so I am not able to just go rebt a moving truck and move myself - that's what I thought we were paying the 'professionals' for. But they left us high and dry. If I could sue them for breach of contract I would. Please save yourself the trouble and headache of dealing with these amateurs that do not want to work and use a more reputable company.

The move coordinator was a 'stand out', she continually offered compassion and interest in our expectations. The moving crews (packing, loading, delivering) were all great. We were fortunate to have the same driver for our pick up as well as delivery. My only concern was the cleanliness of the truck and packing blankets. Additionally would have liked for them to be prepared to cover our flooring on both ends. To the drivers defense, he did tell us it was not his usual truck. The OPS manager at the origin was very involved and we apopreciated his quick response to our concerns throughout the process. Again, all the individuals we came in contact with were really terrific. Thanks to the entire team for making this process as smooth as possible.
