Everyone was polite, very conscientious and had a can-do attitude throughout the entire move. With storage costs at a premium they made efficient use of available space to the point it was amazing to see how well everything was placed securely within each unit. The team sent to move us was great. They were willing to go above and beyond. They did take breaks ( reasonable when you are moving furniture down 3 flights of stairs) but were sure to check with me on it. I was surprised last week to get a refund check in the mail after our file was reviewed as they had not used as much packing material as they estimated.
