Unfortunately, the entire experience was a huge letdown. Each time the crew came to install, something went wrong -- cracked quartzite, poorly cut cabinets (for a sink we ordered directly from them), and rough, visible seams. Despite sharing a detailed list of concerns, the owner never returned as promised. Instead, he sent different crews each time, none of whom corrected the issues. The craftsmanship was sloppy, the crews were careless, and my elderly parents were treated as if they were a nuisance. The final straw was when they failed to properly measure for the cooktop, leaving my 83-year-old father to figure out how to reinstall it himself. What started as a hopeful project turned into a stressful, frustrating mess. We chose Great Rock because the owner seemed committed and involved -- but after the first day, we never saw him again. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company. They did not deliver on their promises, their work was subpar, and their treatment of my aging parents was deeply disappointing.

After seeing my friends/neighbors asphalt driveway done professionally by Gerry and his crew, I…read morecalled for an estimate.( I've spent years and countless hours diligently filling cracks and sealing the asphalt and it still kept cracking and generally looked awful). Gerry was prompt in coming over to give me a reasonable estimate which included resetting some Belgian blocks which were elevated due to a tree that had previously been bordering our driveway. I didn't even notice how bad they looked because of how bad the driveway looked! Gerry told me to expect the work to begin in about 10 days and he was true to his word. His crew ripped up the driveway and then came back a few days later to fix the Belgian blocks. A few days later, they were here with the asphalt and completed the project. It looks fantastic! This is the third time I've had the driveway done in the 36 years we've owned our home. The first two times we waited about a month between the time the driveway was demolished and the new asphalt was installed. ProMaster was so much quicker and I've never had a driveway look so good. The asphalt seems to be stronger, like a commercial grade that you'd see when a shopping center is repaired. Strongly recommend this company!

I called All Shore Paving and Jon called me back. I told him what I needed done and he gave me the estimate over the phone. His quote was fair, but I had my doubts when no one showed up at the appointed time frame. I called Jon who said the guys were behind in their schedule and that my house was next on their list. An army of 6 men, headed by Luis, came an hour later. Big truck and heavy-duty machinery were used. The guys were very meticulous and methodical. By the time they finished, my driveway looked brand new! Luis answered all our questions before leaving. Now I know why he was behind in his schedule -- to deal with picky customers like us! It rained a day later and water drained properly to the street. We are very happy with All Shore Paving for their quality and service and would not hesitate to recommend this company :D
