Mike explained my options due to the fact that my motor was an "interference" and the job may not work. I was about to call it quits on my old car that wasn't worth it. He took the time to look up forums and laid out a better plan of action (just replace the timing belt). He gave me time to think it over. My father in-law got involved via a phone call. He handle the difficult call with the utmost professionalism. He squeezed me in that day. By lunch time I was on the road! I got extremely lucky to find this garage. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone! P.S. While waiting for my car I noticed "locals" coming in and a employee would drop them off at their home while their car was being worked on. What a great service!

Fox Run Automotive does have great mechanics. What surprised me, however, was receiving a large…read morediagnostic charge on top of the repair costs for work that was done at their shop. They ultimately chose the wrong part for my vehicle, which resulted in me being charged even more for them to install another part. This additional part and the cost to install it were never discussed with me before they made the decision to proceed. Thankfully, they did not charge me more money for the part that they chose. I should have taken advice to take my car first to an auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, who will scan your "Check Engine" light for free and print out the diagnostic fault code (e.g., P0300). Bring that code to the dealership so you aren't paying $200 just for them to plug in an OBD-II scanner. For this reason, I will not bring my car back to the shop again.

I called Alicia and she sent the most awesome driver I have met, just to pick up my son's car. I fell while in The tow-yard about an hour away in Pennsylvania. When I fell, Holly Oak's driver grabbed me and kept me from possibly being hurt badly. I wasn't hurt, but I knew I wasn't falling only because Justin is strong and he stopped my 210 pounds from hitting the ground headfirst! (One handed) I hope the driver gets the tip I left, he saved me more than that just in a co-pay to the emergency room. I strongly recommend Holly Oak Towing, because they have been family owned for a long time. I have used Holly Oak Towing for decades and strongly recommend them to all!

I was using AAA and I had an afternoon of other 3rd party tow services come to try and get it out of my garage, but they would arrive and then tell me they didn't even want to try. Cameron was the 3rd to arrive and he was my last hope. I don't even have words to describe the service he provided. He was just amazing. From the moment he got out of the truck, he was kind, professional and showed no hesitation to get the job done. He was also super respectful and gentle with my wrangler, which I appreciated immensely. He made sure he didn't rush fast, that everything was perfect and that all went smoothly. It was honestly super cool to watch. Then he told me he's only been doing it for a month and I was even more amazed. Cameron was a real pro. Give him a raise!

Let me start by saying that I don't take my car just anywhere. I moved from NY to DE and I did a…read morelot of research on local shops. Luckily for me, I found this one. The mechanics are honest and offer FAIR pricing. My car had an issue with shocks (I held off for a while and honestly forgot) and I took it here after I kept swerving while running over potholes. I took it here and the first thing the mechanic said was it's your shocks. From here I knew they were trust worthy and I had my car serviced the same day. Then, of course on my last day in DE, I get a flat tire. I brought it here and they fixed it immediately and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I go home and as i'm about to leave I hear my car making a weird noise from the front drivers side. Long story short it was my break pads (unrelated to back flat tire). Once again, I go back and was treated with nothing but respect and was on my way to NY in less than a hour. Conclusion: The mechanics here are trustworthy and price fairly. EACH time I went, my car was serviced same day (obviously may not happen every time depending on issue). Great customer service and I will recommend them to people in the DE area and may even come here regularly if permitted.
