When I said I was concerned he told me he didn't cut that much off and it was all unhealthy. He also mocked me and said "someone wasn't ready for a a haircut". I'm beyond upset knowing it will take two years to get my hair back to the length it was. I have multiple special events coming up and will likely have to look into expensive temporary extensions. I was nervous trying a new person but when they only take a little off you can recover. I will never go here again ( by the way... appointments were open galore which should've told me all I needed to know).
