This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward.

I thought the results might not be worth the price but I was wrong! COOL SCULPTING WAS THE BEST THING I EVER DID FOR MYSELF!!!!!! Prior to going to Metro Laser at all, I had just lost 60 pounds and was finally thin again! But my stomach still had like a pouch of fat that I just couldn't lose even though I was at my lowest weight in 15 years and was regularly working out. I did one session of cool sculpting on my stomach and that pouch of fat DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY!!!! I have since put back on about 10 to 15 pounds and my stomach is still COMPLETELY FLAT!!
