And this is the again eggplant eggplant spicy
Judemark R.

SERVICE of three my father eggplant with the eggplant was not really cooked. It was spicy but not cooked and my mother had to the lamb chops and it was good she had string beans and potatoes, string beans, green beans, but not done really according to my mother. I have a steak with rice and broccoli and broccoli i was OK. Now waiting for dessert they had New York cheesecake but by the way, I get to steak by seven. The waiter was good. It was real good. I think they really have no Italians back in the kitchen, cause I ate it enough Italian places to know for sure. ask him right now.. I figured I just asked her and he said no now I'm gonna taste this limb cream I think I got that right. And today's my birthday yes it is my birthday. Mine is September 1 but this is like it's OK enjoy the damn cream is OK and cheesecake. They say OK I'll probably come back when I get some real and get some real Italians at least one

Twin grilled lobster tails

Complimentary bread with oil/butter was good. Got there about 5 minutes after they open on Saturday evening (5:05) didn't seem busy but I guess was relatively booked up with reservations. Dark inside like most other nice restaurants. I was with a party of 3 they had us sit at the bar. The waitresses/hostess/bartenders were nice. Obviously relatively overpriced just tried for the experience. Nothing spectacular may try again but not in a rush No real complaints though.

This was our first visit here. My fiancé and I took my parents here for my birthday dinner. We were a little disappointed. We thought this place was pretentious for the city of a Macon. The prices are a little ridiculous for the quality of food. We don't have a problem spending $40+ on an entree but those $40-50 entrees are totally worth it with presentation, and elevated flavor. We started with calamari. The calamari was too salty. All our entrees were good but not spectacular. I felt like I had better meatballs at a local ma and pa Italian restaurant in fort myers fl. My mom loved the shrimp in her pesto pasta. My fiancé stuck with the rigatoni which can't be messed up too much. I felt like and I was expecting more options on the menu. The service was great. And with having such high prices I believe the seating arrangements should be a little different. Having 4 grown adults scoot in a corner booth is very silly and only occur at a Denny's. I wanted to impress my parents who were visiting us and to have a special birthday dinner. But having my 70+ old parents struggling to get in and out of the booth was ridiculous. I had to redeem their first Macon culinary experience and take them to the Rookery. Yes this is a nice fancy place to impress your dates. But my fiancé and I will be trying other restaurants for our date nights.

My husband and I stumbled upon Natalie's while searching for a fine dining establishment in Macon. We made reservations and dined here on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly and professional, and we were seated immediately after arrival. The ambiance was intimate, with dim lighting, and the music playing was elegant. The decor was traditional yet had an expansive look with decorative finesse. Our waitress was personable and attentive. We started off with drinks, and they were made well. I had the white Sangria, and my husband had the  Peach Old Fashioned. We shared an appetizer of calamari, which was flavorful and crispy. It is definitely on my top 5 list of best calamari. Toasted bread and cream cheese was served to the table, It was tasty. My entree was the Chilean Seabass, and my husband had the grilled salmon. The fish was cooked properly, and all the flavors of both dishes married well. The presentation was also lovely. Customer Service was outstanding. The food and drinks were superb. If you are looking for an upscale restaurant to impress a date or for a special occasion, look no further.

Eating at long last at Natalia's after all these years! I moved away from Macon back in the 80s, when they first opened & never had the pleasure of dining here when the original owner, Natalia, opened it. Thus, I can't compare the recipes, service, etc. to how "it used to be." A friend's family invited me to their annual holiday dinner so I'm not reviewing as a "regular" diner. We enjoyed the cozy bar right before settling in to one of their private banquet rooms, decked out for Christmas. The three-course menu offered an enticing variety. I chose a Caesar Salad, Steelhead Trout w/ broccollini & roasted potatoes + Tiramasu dessert. The ricotta with herbs and olive oil that came with the bread was a nice touch. Everything was consistently good. I thought they might offer more traditional Italian dishes, such as Gnocchi, Cioppino or Ossobuco and/or desserts like Panna Cotta, New York-style Italian Cheesecake or Zabaglione. Because I'm Italian, I've grown up eating at iconic Italian restaurants, in Atlanta, NYC & San Fran, so have "outrageous" expectations! Thankful to finally dine here, experience the local ambience and warmth of the servers/bartender though.

The ambiance was just right for the occasion of my anniversary. The staff were courteous and the food was amazingly good and well portioned.

This is a "special occasion" restaurant that we happened on while driving home from Florida. It is very cute from the outside--like a European villa. Most people were fairly dressy but we were in capri pants and shorts. They seated us in the bar area and were very gracious. The service was prompt and efficient, bringing me a Tanquery and tonic quickly. We odered two appetizers--burata and tappanade bruscheta, and braesoala carpaccio. Both great! And then for mains we had Shrimp pasta, and Redfish sautee. Again both were really great. If you get a chance to go--definitely do it!!

Eating my girlfriend's leftover risotto with crab. Every bite has crab shell in it. Service was good, food is not worth what they charge.

Too expensive and the food is not as good as Olive Garden. Save your money. It's more trouble than it's worth!
