At the end, she brushed her fingers through my hair one more time and said the time was up. I got out of the chair looking like my hair hadn't even been touched. My friend was in the next chair over doing the same treatment. And she looked like she woke up from a three day sleep. That's the only reason I'm giving it a second star. I want to clarify a few things for accuracy: there was some snowfall/flurries on the day of my visit 1/30/26 , but the big snowstorm that affected power had happened about a week prior. By the time I left the salon, the snow had stopped and what had fallen had already melted. During my visit in the middle of the afternoon, the technicians wore jackets for a significant portion of the time. We even talked about being cold, and I was also cold, so it seemed to me that they were simply trying to stay warm. The explanation that they were "preparing to close" doesn't match what I observed. I was also surprised that security footage was reviewed specifically in response to my review, especially since other reviews have not received individual responses. Feedback can be addressed constructively without needing to investigate a single client. My review reflects my personal experience regarding the duration, value, comfort, and general practices during the visit.
