When walking past, there were several team members nearby to answer my questions; I appreciate that they weren't pushy. I signed up for a 15 minute chair massage. They do a great job of not letting the noise, movement of the airport distract from your massage. This was a stellar experience!

The place seem clean and the staff was very friendly. There were a few regulars coming in and the vibes were positive and not the typical feel of "hurry... next". Their prices are average and the place is clean and updated for the area. The Gel X was ok but next time all I need is to remind her to make it a bit thicker on the edges. I think I found a new place.

The space was not super decorated which I think could definitely improve the overall experience. The staff were very friendly, however the process took a very long time, almost four hours, and I paid almost 150 with tip. I asked for their more luxurious manicure experience and had some add ons so I can understand a higher price and a longer service time, but having gotten gel nails in the past with these add ons the price is borderline ridiculous. I also realized after the service that I did not see evidence of cleaning the tools or drill bits between myself or prior clients, which is very concerning from a health/hygiene perspective. Edit 2/9: After posting my review, the salon responded publicly. I want to clarify a few things for accuracy: there was some snowfall/flurries on the day of my visit 1/30/26 , but the big snowstorm that affected power had happened about a week prior. By the time I left the salon, the snow had stopped and what had fallen had already melted. During my visit in the middle of the afternoon, the technicians wore jackets for a significant portion of the time. We even talked about being cold, and I was also cold, so it seemed to me that they were simply trying to stay warm. The explanation that they were "preparing to close" doesn't match what I observed. I was also surprised that security footage was reviewed specifically in response to my review, especially since other reviews have not received individual responses. Feedback can be addressed constructively without needing to investigate a single client. My review reflects my personal experience regarding the duration, value, comfort, and general practices during the visit. I'm sharing this update so future clients can see both my experience and how the business chose to respond.

I had a very disappointing experience at Glamour Nail with a technician named Henry. From the…read moremoment I sat down, the pricing felt inconsistent and, frankly, misleading. I asked how much a fill would cost and was told they start at $55. I then showed a photo of a cat eye design I wanted. After pausing to "think about it," Henry quoted me $95. When I broke that down, he claimed the cat eye polish alone was an additional $40. When I questioned the pricing, he immediately dropped the total by $10 -- which made it clear the original quote was not firm or transparent. This kind of pricing behavior feels opportunistic and unprofessional. It gave the impression that because I came in with a specific design, he was trying to overcharge rather than provide a consistent, honest rate. I declined the service. While I've had a good experience in the past with another technician (Amie), this interaction completely changed my perception of the salon. I would not recommend this business based on this experience. Customers should be cautious and confirm exact pricing upfront.
