Love Narrow Path. It's one of my favorite breweries in Cincinnati. This is the perfect place to grab a beer after a long bike ride. It's also family friendly with picnic tables and a little bit of room for kids to run around. There is limited indoor seating but quite a bit of outdoor seating including 2 communal fire pit areas. The fish taco food truck is delicious and you can bring in any other outside food including Ramsey's right next door. Oh, and the beer is delicious. A good mix of varieties which is nice for a non-IPA drinker like myself. read more

Fun brewery with a great outdoor space and a wide variety of beers. I recently went here with my wife and adult daughter, on a beautiful early evening. I've heard they can get pretty crowded, but go early if that's a concern. We sat outdoors under the large trees, which was very enjoyable. I had the Depth Echo and imperial stout. My wife had a crisp Kolsch and my daughter especially enjoyer her Prickly Pear Goose. We plan to go back this fall and stay a little longer. read more

Went for a bike ride on the Little Miami Bike trail and stopped here for a beer and some food. There is a large outdoor seating section with lots of picnic tables/umbrellas and some yard games (giant Jenga!) They have a large beer selection which I always appreciate. I got their Oktoberfest which was flavorful and on the darker side. My wife got the Prickly Pear Gose which was tart and refreshing! They had a food truck (J's Fish Tacos) parked outside which was excellent as well! Definitely worth checking this place out for a craft beer if you're in the area, especially if you're thirsty after a long bike ride! read more

Very small nano-brewery in the Cincy area in a small town called Loveland. Not much parking for the brewery, so grabbed a spot in the paid lot across the street. Thankfully, much less expensive than parking in Nashville (around $2.50 for an hour or so). The place is tiny. There are a few tables, about half a dozen seats at the bar, and another 3-4 seat "bar" on the brewery side of the room. I would rank them (Untappd) in the mid 3s with some higher. The high notes were their porter and farmhouse ale. I could see this place as a wonderful spot for people looking for a neighborhood brewery. It is worth the hike if you have already explored the top breweries and hidden gems, but it is a bit off the beaten path. read more

Okay, I actually don't drink: so if you're looking for a review on beverage choices, I am not your gal! However, I can definitely talk about the ambience of this cool hang out in Loveland. I do chill with people who drink at narrow path, and every time I have been with those people, they have had a pleasant experience (check it out!). I am here to talk about the super cool vibe, as this joint is situated right on the bike trail. I run past this place a few times a week, and I am continually amazed at the pleasant vibes. Do you want a fire pit? They got it. Do you want to sit in a cool igloo and talk to your friends? You can do that! Do you want to check out some delicious fish tacos from a food truck? Just say the word! This place is super welcoming, and even when I don't have a drink in my hand, I've been completely accepted among the other people just hanging out and swapping stories. They got a huge Jenga board, comfy chairs to sit in, and you can just take in the entire ambience of downtown Loveland in a great, open air space. Nestled in the heart of Loveland, just off the Bike Path, is this small brewery that packs a big punch! I was blown away impressed! We arrived mid-night on a Friday and it was packed! There is bar seating, a large community table, and some seats along the edges. Out back is a huge patio complete with Adirondack chairs and a firepit that backs right up to the bike path. There is a whole rack of games to play, shuffleboard, and more. Merchandise is available for purchase and they have some cool stuff! The atmosphere is laid back and comfy. Now onto the most important thing, the BEER! We both started out with flights, because so many things on tap looked good! Their tap menu featured talented chalk drawn graphics for each beer! I enjoyed everything I tried as did my friend. There is a decent variety of different types of beers, so there should be something to please everyone in your party. Prices are reasonable. The bartenders were really friendly and helpful. I noticed they had a pear beer I really wanted to try. They no longer had it on tap, but only in take home bottles. Ring me up! We were waiting for our number to be called at Plaid Room Records on Record Store Day (1-2 hour wait). We were going to drop by after crate digging but before is even better. We ordered: Cherry Tart Tire Patch 3.0 IPA Coconut Porter Blackberry Bourbon Brown Limoncello Cream Ale Sergeant Schultz Imperial Kolsch Irish Red Irish Coffee Stout My fave was the coconut porter, limoncello cream ale and oddly enough the Tire Patch IPA (well balanced and not to earthy. We had more time to kill so we decided to get a pint of the Orange Creamsicle Ale. I would have to say hands down that this is an awesome brewery and had a great experience! At the time (we didn't get to try it since we already had lunch prior) there was a section next to the bar that a restaurant business was serving up burritos and nachos next to the bar. A newer brewery in the Cincinnati area. It's in the middle of downtown Loveland. The draft list is small, but everything's good. A lot of places to sit and drink. The park around it gets super crowded on weekends. I had a Tiger Trail beer. It's about $5 for a 16 ounce. This beer isn't so hoppy, and it was real smooth. It has several beers on regular rotation, and it has a few seasonal ones. They let you have some free samples. If you're hungry, there's food trucks if the weather is warm enough. The outside is the best place to sit. Before you get to the east entrance, you go through an open area. This is kind of like a backyard. This is convenient to reach from the bike trail. read more

The Cincinnati area currently has 45 breweries open and brewing beer with even more on the way. One of the newer to join the group is Narrow Path Brewing in Loveland near the Little Miami Scenic Trail. I grew up in Loveland and my parents still live there, so I am happy to see a brewery close to their house. With the bike trail in their back yard, I imagine that they will be busy during the warmer months. The brewery is really just one open room with the brewing equipment taking up more than half of one side. There is a bar taking up another corner of the space and a large communal table eating up most of the rest of the space. The outdoor area out back is large and even seems to be getting some use in the cold with a firepit. The beers I sampled were all pretty good. The vanilla cream and the Dred Lokt stout were my personal favorites on tap during our visit. I look forward to a return visit soon as it seems they are still tweaking the beer choices and there are a lot that I have yet to try available now. read more

With the Cincinnati craft beer scene booming the way it has been for the past few years, it can be difficult to choose a path to one to try, but I can certainly recommend taking the path to beautiful downtown Loveland for this one. You can get there via road or bike trail if you wish, either path makes it easy to get there, and you'll enjoy some excellent brews as well. My lady and I were in the area for National Record Day, waiting for our opportunity to hunt for some new vinyls at Plaid Room Records (See my review for them if you wish. Great place!), and we decided to have a couple beers while we waited, and we're glad we did. The place is a stone's throw from the record store which is great. It's a fairly small, simple building, kept very clean on the inside with plenty of comfortable seating. They also have lots of outdoor seating in the back for nice, warm days. As you walk in, you see all the equipment that produces their tasty brews, along with a small bar area. My lady and I cozied up to the bar and started with a flight of four beers ($8). We started with the Cherry Tart, Tire Patch IPA 3.0, Coconut Porter, and Blackberry Bourbon Brown. All four were very enjoyable. The Cherry Tart wasn't overpoweringly tart, the IPA was nicely balanced with sweet fruity notes with hoppy bitterness and mild earthy tones, the Coconut Porter was excellent with notes of coconut and coffee. The Blackberry Bourbon Brown had a great combination of blackberry tartness with caramel, vanilla, and almond hints (a personal favorite). After this flight, we decided to indulge in another, since we were still waiting on our turn at the record store (National Record Day is a VERY BIG day!). For this round, we decided on the Limoncello Cream Ale, Sergeant Schultz Imperial Kolsch, Irish Red, and Irish Coffee Stout. The Limoncello Cream Ale tasted like liquified homemade pound cake, the Sergeant Schultz was nice and complex for a kolsch style to me, the Irish Red had nice balanced notes of caramel and citrus, and the Irish Coffee Stout had copious amounts of coffee and creaminess. After all that goodness, we couldn't pass up trying just one more, which was their Orange Creamsicle Ale. A very tasty finish with lots of orange and cream, reminding us both of the classic push-up sherbet popsicles we loved as kids. I definitely see this place as a great addition to downtown Loveland, OH. Great beers, great people, and a very cool location. So take any path you choose to get there but I absolutely recommend going and checking out their beers. read more

My wife and I stopped by during a stroll on the bike path with our son this past weekend. We are new to the area so, have not been to Narrow Path during "normal" times. The beer was excellent - we got two different drafts to go (a crowler and a growler). I look forward to checking this place out and enjoying the patio. Just happened upon this gem while in the area. This is a GREAT local brewery!! Staff is super friendly, the layout is great. LOVE the names of the beers and and the art work displaying the names of the beers. We were here in the dead of winter but I can bet this stop is hoppin' in warmer weather. We got a text from the kids telling us we needed to come down to this brewery after work. More curious than anything, we decided to head to Loveland to see what a Friday night was like there. We walked in, and it was a fairly quiet pub, but with a huge outdoor patio area. They a food truck with great food, but the real sell was the craft beer. Once you made your way to the front of the queue, the bartenders only wanted you to get what you like - you could order a flight and try several, but they were also genuinely happy to give you a taste of any/all they had to offer - which was about a dozen on the back wall, and two "small batches" they kept off to the side. Both bartenders knew what they were doing, and if you didn't know what you liked, they could recommend (correctly) based on a flavor profile. Drinks were priced correctly, and it's as though you're family when you're there. The line never died down, but the bartenders made sure to engage the folks at the bar as they were pouring. Just top-notch service, decent prices, and really, really good beer! read more
