This weekend we went to the Cellarbration 2026 held at this location. Every couple of years, they crack open a few treasures and share some special releases. This year, they had 22 choices, including my husband's favorite Warped Wing beer of all time, the 2019 Baltic Porter, aged in port wine barrels. We split a trio of sliders and a specialty flavor of wings, Honey Butter Buffalo, which were especially good. We liked all 3 sliders, but the stand out was the pulled pork...absolutely delicious! Because of the event, it was pretty busy at noon but the staff kept things cleared and cleaned. The bathrooms were clean but bare bones. It was quite loud for lunchtime but nothing that would keep us from returning.

There is a food window where you order. There was a sign for beer nuts, so I asked at the window and was told we can actually get them at the bar. So we waited for the bartender to come down our way. Before she did, the Kitchen Guy brought us a bowl. I said how did you know we wanted them? He heard me at the window. Nice service! We will def. come back here.

And normally I would prorest if you took me out and I had to cook my own meat-but this was so much fun and the hubby did all the grilling! If you haven't been here yet you gotta go. Hubby reserved us a table for their cookout. Hubby and I ordered the Vintner Dinner. It included your choice of everything the House Dinner offered (NY Strip, Salmon, Shrimp or Crab Cakes and buffet) plus a Fillet Mignon, 2 premium drinks that cover any wine, beer, or wine slushie. We ordered the Fillet Mignon and it was a beautiful cut of meat!! It just melted in your mouth. You can look online at their menu options! We were so full. The buffet was fantastic, their baked potatoes were amazing! And they had live music from a country group Hearts on Fire. We had an absolute ball. Reservations are taken between 5:00-7:30 pm. Let them know if the size of your party changes because they prepare food fresh based on the reservation size. (They also offer private dinners outside of the normal cookout hours if you want a private event) They also have food you can order from the kitchen like cheese boards, Bavarian pretzels, chips and salsa, nachos and cheese, Caprese Platter, Valley Potato Chicken Boats and more! This place is under new ownership and they said to come back again this spring to see all the new things they're doing! The staff treats you like family and you can tell they've been making people happy for a long time. We took home a bottle of Raspberry Wine and Bourbon Barrel Aged Mead!! They also have craft beer!

Spouse and I have been here before and I was not impressed, but not bad enough to object tonight when they wanted to try it again. Thankfully I think tonight's assessment will keep me from throwing away more money at this place. This review is going to bounce around a bit so please bear with me, gentle reader. I am downright flabbergasted at The Audacity of this dinner. I'll start with the fries. Spouse's were fresh-ish, still warm with some texture to them. Mine were cold and sad from the start and I knew this was a harbinger for my whole plate when I saw that "[Brausch's] Style of a Reuben sandwich" came on Texas toast. I get it. You're not a strictly-sandwich place and you don't serve breakfast, rye bread might not move too fast. So you have two options: 1: Divulge the fact that "Your style" is on something besides rye bread, or (and this is probably better) 2: Take the cursed thing off your menu. Whoever was running the grill needs to know that you don't just dump a tablespoon of liquid margarine on a piece of bread, set it on the grill for 10 seconds and call it toasted. They should also know that sauerkraut is another traditional staple in a Reuben sandwich. I had to open up the sandwich to see if there was any- there is some. Not enough to taste. I noticed its texture as I tried to gnaw my way through the dinner-entree-thickness-sliced corned beef. Sorry I posted pictures of chewed up gristle y'all but this was EGREGIOUS. There is a chunk or two that didn't make the Final Cut of my pictures; this is most of it. I *think* I *may* have seen two drops of Russian/ 1,000 Island dressing. I sure didn't taste it. Ah yes, upon review I see what must have been the lone inclusion of said ingredient leaking out of the greasy, mushy Texas toast this... thing came out to me on. Welp this has gone on for far too long so I'm going to wrap it up by telling you to go across the street to Beaugard's or MC's because neither one of those places have ever disappointed me unlike this Fake News Reuben.
