They shipped the ONT UPS Ground Saver from Santa Rosa, it won't be here until Friday at 9pm at the earliest so I called back twice and they said there was nothing they would do to help me. They also said that if the ONT doesn't resolve the issue I would have to wait for a tech appointment which would be another few days. --- Update: Sonic came through and dispatched a great technician, Guillermo, today who brought a new ONT and did extra work to make sure everything was working. Other customers waiting in line look just as frustrated as I am. And when people leave negative reviews, the manager always replies with the same generic, copy-and-paste response you see everywhere: "customer service is our top priority", "we have high standards" and "we strive for excellence." It feels completely scripted and changes nothing. Many customers seem to be having the same disappointing experience. Once I find a way to close my line or switch to another carrier, I will do it in a heartbeat.

The employees need to understand that when they are mumbling data speak to customers, that... 1. The music in the store is too loud and distracting. It's hard to understand you. Don't just tell me stuff. Answer me clearly. 2. I don't speak data speak/T-Mobile speak. Please explain your terms, don't just repeat them. You went to school to learn these terms. I didn't. I'm just a normal guy off the street. 3. Turn off the ringing phone alarms that are signaling a phone is out of place. I know that you are all used to working with phone alarms going off. To me, that is a distraction. 4. Tell me ahead of time that the process is going to take well over two hours. I could have scheduled out the time, instead of being told that I could take a walk and come back later. You would complain if you ordered dinner and then had to wait two hours to be served. That's how I felt. Corporate management needs to train their employees to be more than salesmen and technical advisers. Courtesy and respect would go a long way in bringing back customers.

The raised price also covers our regular remote network maintenance, ensuring your network continuously runs at peak performance following the conclusion of the project. A large portion of business model is our post-install support and efforts to create peace of mind for our clientele regarding our systems." However on that quote was also a $70/mo service plan that was supposed to cover the aforementioned post-install support. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you.
