Unfortunately, because of a time zone issue in their booking system, the appointment was apparently entered as 12:00 PM instead. I use Square regularly in NYC and have never experienced this kind of confusion before. What made the situation especially frustrating was the complete lack of accommodation or understanding when I arrived. I was simply told the issue was noted somewhere on the website, but if this is a known problem, it should be made extremely clear and impossible to miss -- especially for out-of-town clients visiting Napa. They also stated they called me around noon, but I never received a phone call or missed call notification. The experience felt disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Napa is known for hospitality and customer service, and sadly this business did not reflect that at all. I hope they improve both their booking communication and their willingness to work with customers when issues like this happen.

Thank you Carly and Kassandra for the most amazing experience, you two are amazing at what you do!

We wanted to find someone who celebrated our love, and could also do great work on both white and black skin. Enter Jenny Lucia. We didn't do a trial and decided to just wing it. Jenny and her team arrived on time and immediately got to work. I am FAR from a woman who does their makeup on a regular basis; typically, mascara is for special occasions. I told Jenny I wanted to look "medium glam" and "romantic." These words don't seem to give a lot of direction, but Jenny NAILED it. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My wife's make up looked like it was off a magazine cover. Her team also did impeccable work; each one of our bridesmaids/family members came off the chair with a huge smile on their face. I truly cannot recommend Jenny enough -- she is the perfect combination of insanely talented, professional, and fun to be around. Thank you Jenny-- you exceeded my wildest wedding makeup dreams!
