Always very helpful. I'm a Senior gal; when I bought windshield wipers they installed for me. If they don't have what I need they order it.

I went to the NAPA Auto Parts store in Weed, California to purchase a gasoline fuel treatment. The…read morehelpful man behind the cash register came out to show me where those products were. I found what I was looking for. There were two products, one for diesel, and one for gasoline. I bought the gasoline one behind the tag with the product description, marked $10.77 and paid for it with a credit card. As I walked from the register, I noticed that the receipt was for $17.73, and was for "Gen Merchdise," not for the fuel treatment. Also, there was no sales tax on the receipt - very weird! I went back to the register and the helpful person went with me to the display. He confirmed the error. He returned to correct the price and needed the manager's approval for the refund. The manager was hostile and said that the $17.73 price was correct. The manager went to the display and removed the $10.77 tag. I did not want the product at $17.73 and I asked for refund against my VISA card. The manager became more hostile, put the product back on the shelf, and scribbled VOID on my copy of the credit card receipt. He said that no charge would appear on my account. I drove home and saw that the NAPA $17.73 charge WAS on my account. No proof of return, just scribbled VOID, that anyone, including me could have written. No refund. No product. Having no proof of refund, I drove back to the NAPA store and requested a conventional refund receipt. The manager refused. I went to the Weed Police Department and requested standby while I again requested a receipt. An officer went to the store with me and the manager signed a receipt for return of the $17.73.

We stopped at a gas station, bought one, couldn't get it to work (because it wasn't the right kind of latch) and got into a bit of a snappy tif with one another. Needless to say we got back on the road with an unfixed wiper. Hit the CA border and hit weather, so leaving the wiper unfixed was no longer an option. So we stopped in Weed at the napa and they were fresh out of my kind, who knew wipers were so picky!... Bummer! They recommended we head to Mt. Shasta and called the store ahead of time to save me one. Good thing too because they were low on my wiper too! Next we headed to Mt. Shasta, such a stinking cute little town and the Napa team here were wonderful. Bought our wipers, couldn't get them installed so the lovely guys came out to the rescue! My wipers were new to them too, but they took the time to figure out how to put them on and make sure they worked. To top it off they recommended some great food options as well! Now you're probably wondering what sweet ride I have that would require such special attention?... brace yourselves folks for this shocking obscure vehicle............................................................. 2014 Ford Escape, yup you heard that right. A random run of the mill vehicle millions of other people drive that apparently has weird connections to their wipers.

My daughter is driving that truck, my father, and 2 large dogs to MS. My mom and I will be in a rental following. Ed knew this information and treated us like family. From the moment they arrived, the service was exceptional. Ed took the time to speak with them directly, patiently explaining the completed AC repair without using overwhelming jargon. He showed a level of compassion that is truly rare in any industry. He prioritized their repair to get them back on the road safely and comfortably as soon as possible. The work was done flawlessly, at a fair price, and with outstanding communication throughout the process. My parents are thrilled to have their AC working again, but even more so, they are grateful for the kindness they received.
