Gabe at the Yreka, CA location was a tremendous help today and helped out my family. I recommend if anybody has any problems, ask Gabe.

NAPA auto parts gave me the best deal for a brand new battery and they replaced it for me at no extra cost. Cody, the store manger was super helpful, kind and attentive. I'm super grateful for the pleasant and professional customer service and highly recommend this store! God bless.

We began our travel from Montana heading to San Francisco, when we were in Oregon we realized my…read morewindshield wiper was missing on the right side. We stopped at a gas station, bought one, couldn't get it to work (because it wasn't the right kind of latch) and got into a bit of a snappy tif with one another. Needless to say we got back on the road with an unfixed wiper. Hit the CA border and hit weather, so leaving the wiper unfixed was no longer an option. So we stopped in Weed at the napa and they were fresh out of my kind, who knew wipers were so picky!... Bummer! They recommended we head to Mt. Shasta and called the store ahead of time to save me one. Good thing too because they were low on my wiper too! Next we headed to Mt. Shasta, such a stinking cute little town and the Napa team here were wonderful. Bought our wipers, couldn't get them installed so the lovely guys came out to the rescue! My wipers were new to them too, but they took the time to figure out how to put them on and make sure they worked. To top it off they recommended some great food options as well! Now you're probably wondering what sweet ride I have that would require such special attention?... brace yourselves folks for this shocking obscure vehicle............................................................. 2014 Ford Escape, yup you heard that right. A random run of the mill vehicle millions of other people drive that apparently has weird connections to their wipers.

I had been having an issue with my cars rear fender piece popping out, even if I push the piece back in it'll inevitably come out again. This was actually the second auto part store I'd been to today and my treatment was just as bad if not worse than the first store. In the beginning of the interaction, the employee was actually super helpful. He listened to my problem, walked me to the part I needed and then helped pick out the right one. He even offered to check my car to make sure the part would actually work. We got outside and he takes a look at my car, first at the broken side, and then at the normal side then back at the broken side again. He then informed me that the part I thought I needed wouldn't actually fix the problem. This is where the interaction goes downhill. He then says, and I quote, "do you have a boyfriend?" THEN PAUSES for a second before continuing, "or a dad or other male figure who knows how to use a drill?" WHAT THE HELL!!!!! I just kinda stood there in shock because I know how to use a drill. It's 2022 I shouldn't have to say this but I don't need a man to help me fix my car! I am competent on my own!!! He continues to stare at me waiting for an answer so I panic and just say "yeah I know someone who can help" He then goes, "alright yeah have him look at it and he'll fix it for you." WTF!!!!!! So naturally I asked him to elaborate so I could "pass it on" to the imaginary man who is going to repair my car for me. He explains it to me as if I were five. I am not one to pull a "Karen" so I played nice during this whole interaction. After he walked back into the store, with the part I did need but didn't purchase because he said I didn't need it, (spoiler I went and bought it from elsewhere and now my car is fixed) I drove off, pretty damn pissed and decided to never come back to AutoZone again. Not that I need to validate the fact that I can use a drill, but I have worked in construction before. Also the solution he proposed for my car was not viable and would have done more damage than necessary. Thanks auto zone
