Premier Oil Change - The Mission. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Yreka, California

Maintenance light came on trip back to Oregon from socal. I have a newer car so I expected the price to be a bit higher but hey I needed it they were right there open at 8. You dont have to leave your car. They offer you refreshments while you wait and for your trip. Every step of the way they show and explain what they are doing. You can tell Joseph loves his job and doesn't pressure you into adding anything you do not want. read more

Theyre rockstars. All of em. Kenny went above and beyond for me when he found a mouse nest in my cabin filter. Integrity, respect honesty all the way!! read more

This place is way overpriced! They quoted me $114 for a synthetic oil change that I can get in Oregon for $54.! I will never get another oil change in California! read more

Excellent customer service! My husband and I took our two pickups in for oil changes and vehicle service. All employees were very professional, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Each visit we were in and out within 30 minutes. Outstanding quality at a reasonable price. read more

Best place to do your oil change ! I live in Los Angeles and every time I come to my summer home I get my oil change done here. Micheal is super nice and helpful and explained everything that was being done to my truck and also informed me of things I needed. read more

Very happy with how quickly they got my oil change done. Though they did a lot of upsetting, they didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. Very quick and efficient. Very good value for my time! read more

Staff was amazing helpful friendly. The only downside is they are a little slow pick up the pace!

Now these guys definitely know what customer service is all about. The guy helping me was truthful about what my car did and didn't need, and on top of that had me a fresh hot coffee tasted to perfection within a minute of me being there. Faster than a starbucks! Lol for both the coffee and oil change. They also flush fluids and such for cheap so I'll be back asap to do that. Thank you all. They were so positive and upbeat while servicing all the vehicles that drove up. read more

I was in about 3-4 weeks ago for an oil change I was told by Tyler that the tire machine was broken and that he couldn't air up my tires he was quite rude about it aswell, I called the other day to see if it was fixed and was informed that the tire machine was intact never broken and that I could come in and get my tires taken care of, I was very upset to leave that day with other my tires checked or windows washed, read more

I have used this company several times over the past two years. Not too friendly but to the point.....I would go back and I would recommend them just beware of the upselling. read more

there they go again -- i brought my car in once more, since though i don't trust them for a minute, they're in a convenient location. i ask the guy working on the car how the engine belt is, and without even looking at it again he instantly says "it's cracked all the way around." i get the car home, and check it myself: it's in perfect condition. there's a word for these people, and it rhymes with books. read more

Fast efficient knowledgeable good group of people that work here. They answered all my questions took great care of me.

This place is awesome! Amazing service! You just pull up and don't even have to get out of your car and they check everything and are super quick! Especially since I had my 3 month old baby in the car it's super convenient! Decent pricing! Super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to everyone! read more

We showed up 2 minutes before they closed. They were very polite and helpful. They got us back on the road in no time. They were all communicating and having fun while they serviced of vehicle. They did a safety check and everything. Thank you !!!!! read more

Took our car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they messed it up. Mike helped us out big time when our car was leaking oil and had a CEL/BPC malfunction. He was super nice and informative. All around great dude! read more

Rip off. Dealer is half the price. They try and upsell everything. I had no time to get into dealer and was leaving on an emergency trip so basically paid twice as much for convenience. Also car has only 20k miles and they tried to convince my wife power steering fluids needed to be changed. I had similar experience when I first moved here. read more

While on the road to LA from the King County, WA area last year, we noticed a softening/fading in the brakes on the car by the time we hit a small town just across the CA border called Yreka. We found a Les Schwab (Look for review) to take a look at the brakes before heading the rest of the way to LA. On the way back we decided to get the oil changed and have the fluids checked as this car isn't our daily driver and headed back to Les Schwab in the same town. Since they don't do oil changes they recommended a "jiffy lube" type establishment called Premier Lube run by Chevron. We drove in and they want you to stay in your car while they change the oil etc. I got out as I like to see what is happening to my car. The prices were lower than Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey. The staff was much friendlier than the locations I frequent back home, but they up-sell the hell out of their other products almost to the point of making someone uncomfortable. They like to have you in and out in 10 minutes and so it is a type of up-sell where you have to make a Now or never decision and as you watch the "inexpensive" alternative to jiffy Lube skyrocket into Jiffy Lube pricing, you almost feel a sense of "Dammit, they got me!" However, 5 quarts of synthetic oil, the oil filter/change, a new air filter, a rear differential service, an engine treatment and an oil system treatment a price of $155.12 didn't seem too bad considering the oil change alone at Grease Monkey is $129.99 and they don't even carry the filter. For those of you saying you don't buy into "up-selling" good for you, but these guys are good at it, for those of you saying you want to give this place a try, they are a "chain", but only have 4 locations and all are in CA. Stephen and Trey were our technicians and they were patient, answered all my questions and didn't mind taking a little extra time with me regarding my car even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and we were there a few hours before closing. I would highly recommend this place if you live in the area, are coming through the area or if one pops up in your King County neighborhood. read more

Over tightened drain bolt, was $46 for bringing my own filter and oil. I came because I didn't have time to do it myself, never again.

One thing I hate about this place is they are always trying to sell you something. I go in for a simple oil change and they want me to change my transmission fluid etc. It is really annoying. Overall they are friendly and very knowledgeable. read more

This is what oil changes should be like everywhere. Not only a well trained professional staff but their thinking of everything possible to keep your vehicle running is a really nice thing I don't have to worry about. I would definitely recommend a regular visit for all your vehicles. read more

This place is awesome! The staff: Phil; Steven; Gabe and Kenny are all very attentive and professional. I have been going here for years with many vehicles. Each time I leave feeling great and more safe. I love the top offs and help, in between oil changes. Everyone is very service-oriented, and respects my budget (or lack thereof) when offering products. The hot chocolate on these cold days really helps. I'm on my way for windshield wipers tomorrow. We are blessed to have these gentleman and this shop in Yreka. read more

I drive for a company with a fleet of vehicles so I go to Premier Oil Change several times a month. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and I am always greeted with a smile and a complimentary beverage. They are always courteous and professional. We had one problem with Premier but thanks to the manager Dan, it was taken care of swiftly and with courtesy. I would highly recommend this business. read more
