If you don't have a VIN number, she will let you at every turn how this makes her job difficult. A number of times in this conversation she could have used even a small amount of customer service skill to book the appointment. We are new to the area, and all of our business will now go to the South location because of this interaction. Why would you want to make it difficult for cold calling BMW owner to make a simple appointment? Here's a tip for feedback, she can make a requested oil change and brake fluid check appointment without a VIN number. Here's a 2nd tip, she can estimate how long a typical / generic oil change or brake fluid check appointment is without a VIN number. A third tip, in order to get her the VIN, I do not need to "bring the VIN number with me" to my next appointment, the VIN number will be on the car when it is brought in and BMW can get it off the car. If I had the car with me today, believe me after dealing with her and the number of times she brought up how she could not do x or y without my vin number or how that causes a problem, I would have gotten her the VIN number. This was the most bizarre automotive experience I've had, VIN number shaming lol. I called the South location and used an AI scheduling agent and booked the appointment in less than a minute with no VIN number shaming and no attitude.

I am slightly mechanically inclined and therefore was under the assumption that the grinding noise my engine was producing was related to the tensioning and idle pulleys. The mechanic broke down the issue, cause, and solution to my "grinding" noise explaining in detail how we can solve the issue both short term and long term. Most importantly the automotive center team provided an estimate of cost ahead of time and stuck to their budget. They provided the best customer service at the lowest prices locally - with no painful haggling or negotiating which would be necessary at other places in town.

I left with the car and then a couple of weeks later the car was compleltey dead. I had to have it towed to a repair station to address the issue. More time and more money. This company, automtive center, never connetcted the battery cable properly so the car ran off the battery for a couple of weeks and the alternator was never charging the battery therefor the car died after two weeks. It is pretty basic to tighen the cables that go to the postive and negative teminals of a battery.

I arranged summer work at Benz Connection of Naples for my collector car to be done May through October, 2024, with promise directly by owner(?) /manager, Brian Snowden, to store car indoors, not to expose to summer climate. I was told car was ready in November but it was not. Found car outside with open hood and trunk, some disassembly including rear wheels off. I was ready later in December. Found deeper evidence in my shop at home afterward, that it had been outdoor during Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Insurance claim for damages was filed. Initial claim paid and remains open by Florida law for 5 years for adjustments. My main point is owner and manager lied to me and made promises Benz Connection of Naples didn't fulfill. They had no remorse or concern regarding Snowden's initially admitted delinquency causing damage. There was no offer to remedy, just denial. Snowden did not speak for himself in a reply letter informing them of their wrong doing and my claim, another undisclosed individual (owner?) replied. William H. Hite, Jr. Naples, FL

For a first time customer, you need to know to park your vehicle by the entrance to the office. They appear to service the fleets for a number of businesses, so the parking area around the garage is most always full. Don't park in front of the entrance to the work bays. They don't schedule appointments. I show up at 7 am, when they open, and over a five year period they have always completed my service by close of business that day. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that has been my experience. When parts are needed, they often arrive in the afternoon. They will call you when the vehicle is ready for pick up. To me their pricing is fair and honest. I want quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. A friend of mine suspected her dealership was overcharging her and asked if I knew of a good mechanic. I took her to Voigt's and they were able to perform the work for much less. They are a good place to go, if you want a second opinion. Voigt's pointed out to me that my truck has a broken bolt on my exhaust, so there is an exhaust leak until things warm up. They said it really didn't hurt anything, so it's a repair that I am choosing to put off. As to my reviews always being positive.
