DO NOT GO HERE. My wife and I called this morning to see if they could simply plug in their diagnostic tool and tell us why we had an engine warning light. They came back with an answer that when we checked with the manufacturer said that if that warning was correct, the car wouldn't start. Hence they really don't appear to know what they are doing, and then they explained that they could not check to see if we had the current software because it was too expensive to buy that tool. And then they charged us about $200 for what should've been five minutes of work. I called to question how this is even reasonable and the person that I spoke with was completely unreasonable and rude. read more

Had a unique request with regards to my Jeep, an after-market bumper and a winch in needed to install. The winch would not fit between the front pillars and mounting points due to the low / built-in winch plate. Showed the manger who proceeded to bring in his "Jeep guy" and they provided a solution that saved me thousands (over buying a different front end or winch). Very good guys with very good customer service! Highly recommended!! read more

Our Tesla 3 had a flat tire, and unfortunately there was no spare. We called AAA and the driver came. We wanted to go to Tire Kingdom, but he said they would not have our tire and suggested that we go to his facility. Later we found out that they did not have the tire either and had to order it. It was well over $100 more than what we were planning to pay had we gone to our preferred repair shop. I think the driver got a kick back for sending us to this particular repair shop. Why they have a contract with AAA is beyond me becauseI feel we were fleeced. AAA seems to be an honorable organization, but having this driver redirect our car to his facility seems simply dishonest. The driver is simply lied to us because both places would've had to order the specialty tire.I guess he was really intent on getting his kick back commission. read more

Executive Auto Repair - The nail that was in our Michelin tire. - Tires Near Me - Marco Island, Florida

My mother had her car battery replaced on 9/26/2022 by Executive auto repair (AAA affiliated) on Marco Island. The battery was fine till 5/2/23 when the battery died. Executive jumped the car. My mom then drove it to executive auto repair and they determined the battery was bad and had to be replaced at a cost of $48.00 !!!! I called executive for my mom and ask why she was charged. Dave explained why. Then, once Dave knew why I was calling he became short and extremely rude. The battery was replaced 7 months ago so the battery was fully covered but the labor of $48.00. Disappointed that AAA would be proud of Executive shady business practices of the labor fees. I will be looking for another Auto repair in the future. BEWARE!!! read more

On June 28th 2018. I was told to take my 2001 BMW330ci convertible to the "guys at executive auto. My car had previously sat Jim my drive here on Marco for nearly 4 months before I was able to save enough money to hand this scandless automotive shop. Long story short...my car was kept in their procession for approximately four weeks until a move was made. They were dead set on the cars central computer system had finally bit the bullet and was charged nearly $950. After agreeing and forking over almost a grand I was so excited to get my baby back...so k asked if one of the "overly nice guys" (like Henry) who would go out of his his way to eat you up with "kidness"! Well , allow me to explain his "Kindness"....while at the shop, the one off bald eagle Henry told me let's go you car is ready sir. It wasn't 2 seconds until my car was dying , sputtering and we barely made it back to the shop. Mind you at this point in am nearly $1000 dollars at this point with "Special diagnostic tests and appears your central computer had suddenly (not gradually bit the dust. So, I wait another week and they never made one attempt to contact me as if I was a bother for only spending a $1000: so I called them demanding the truth...I simply asked this straight forward question in private "do I need to take to a bmw specialist and the y assured me that they were certified, qualified and I'm guessing brain-fryed. Two more weeks passed and o demanded and was then told they did all they could and in fact needed a new Throttle Body, which threw out a big red flag!!! These are German made machines meant to last the test of time. So, I hand vehicle told to my house here on Marco where I found out the now my speedometer was no longer operational! Neither was my mpg gauge. So, i began my research on what could be causing the misfires, the codes showing lean air, lean on fuel, and its overall diagonosi6. Well about 3 days after missing several days can actually entire weeks of work I decided to take a look at both of the fuse boxes. I replaced all fuses in the glove compartment which left d fuses and relays under the hood. Well my jaw hit the concrete when I discovered that d Almost $1,000 CPU they claimed to have replaced and reprogrammed, was actually my previous CPU with matching VIN number and in a big black magic marker the word in all caps old what is written across the back of it. So let me tell you now do not let me repeat do not let there kindness or I should say their manipulation reel you in. Come to find out after I ran a couple tests and took it to a specialist he focuses primarily on BMW's told me to Simply replace the fuel pump which I was able to do myself in less than 30 minutes in the car has never been faster. It's like a new machine. Granted the fellas from Executive Auto did in fact give me a full reimbursement, I would never wish that place upon my worst enemy. Please heed my warning please. I'm 38 years old so I'm still a kid imagine what they are doing to these folks who are in their 80s or even in the 90s question mark they would have never had a clue and yet they would have kept forking over the money and that god-awful place would kept on taking it. In closing please if you have a BMW and are on Marco Island or the Naples area I have an excellent guy who was recommended to me and he simply charge me $25 for a full Diagnostics tell me where to get the parts tell me how to do it you sent me at the door with smile on my face. Please respond to this post if you have ever had anything similar happened to you in regards to Executive Auto here on Marco Island Florida. They deserve a lawsuit. I just can't stop thinking about the elderly of whom Executive Auto wouldn't hesitate take advantage of the place needs to be closed down or a class action lawsuit filed. I pray this reaches someone debating on whether or not you spend that kind of money that certain part through Executive Auto my answer to you please please get your keys tow your car and get as far away from Executive Auto as possible thank you for reading and I wish you well and God bless read more

My husband and I were headed out of town when the shield underneath the van started dragging. my husband drives from his wheelchair (so there's no front seat). we were in a pickle because we didn't know what we'd do if we had to leave the van to be repaired. the helpful man at the desk took the shield off and didn't charge us - and explained that the part wasn't essential and we could have it replaced later if we wanted. great experience, so kind of him to help us out! read more

I had a flat in my driveway. I called AAA who assigned the tow to Executive Auto Repair. AAA gave me a 2.5 hour wait time. Because I had a flight to make they actually advised me to book thru another company and submit the bill to AAA. I contacted another company and was told 20 minute wait so I called Executive Auto and told them I didn't need the tow. ONE minute later I received a text from AAA that was tow truck was arriving now so I immediately called AAA and Executive Auto Repair and said to please not cancel the AAA job. I was thrilled it was here not 2.5 hrs later. I Then called the other tow company and cancelled saying AAA was arriving now. The AAA tow truck was tracking on my street thru the AAA app. 20 minutes later no tow truck. After repeated calls to Executive Auto, I finally did get a call from the owner of Executive Auto Repair saying he cancelled the tow. That he would not pick me up because I previously cancelled when I thought the wait was 2.5 hours. He said he was not letting his driver drive around in circles. He stated he called AAA and personally cancelled my tow. THE TOW TRUCK WAS ON MY STREET AND HE TURNED THEM AROUND. I know it was confusing. I was panicked because I had a flight to catch. But I made all the necessary calls and apologizes yet this man could not be swayed. He was so rude. I hope AAA stops contracting thru him. read more

Today I experienced the worst customer service scenario at Executive Auto with the shop manager, named Jeff, in my entire 65 years of life. I drove for nearly an hour in traffic with a special car needing an alignment. When I tried to ask the technician working on my car a question while standing outside the door way of the shop. He suggested talking to the manager, Jeff which I immediately attempted to do. I walked towards the office and back and did not see anyone and returned to the bay where my car was. At that moment I heard some one screaming at me to leave the area immediately. By this time he was six inches from my face screaming at me to leave. He even threatened that if I did not leave he would tak my car of the rack and the work would be finished. I replied "then get it off the rack, I'm done". Evidently he was bluffing as he continued screaming at me to leave the area. Please keep in mind I was NOT inside his shop, at all during his ranting. Finally he shouted me out of the driveway. This guy is getting way over paid, whatever it is. He should be sweeping floors but not even be close to clients. Pathetic. Needless to say I will never be going back there again even though they were recommended by a friend. I can say without reservation this Jeff guy is a true a$$hole. read more

My RV had alternator problems on Hwy 41. My wife searched on the internet and Executive Auto Repairs came up as the closes. It was Friday afternoon they told me to bring it in or they could send a tow truck to get me. I was able to drive to Executive Auto repairs in Marco Island. The manager Henry MacDonald took great care of us. He ordered a new alternator for my vehicle and had it sent over night. As we waited he had a driver take us to a hotel for the night. Next morning he called me to tell me that my RV was ready and that he would have the driver come get us. Great staff, great service, highly recommend them. read more

We have used Executive Auto for both auto service and as an AAA service provider for about 4 years now. We have had very good service. They have also given us good recommendations to help in our decision making with one of our cars which is very old. And the employees have been friendly and considerate. read more

It's hard to believe, but a friend of ours had very bad experience at Executive Auto. When changing his oil in April of 18 all was well, no mention of any problems. It was time for another oil change, to his surprise when Executive oil informed him his oil drain plug was stripped and it would cost him more than $800 to fix. No way was my friend paying for their mistake. Executive auto's mechanic was the last person to touch the oil plug in April. No, Executive auto did not offer any options, nor did they own up to their mistake. Good business but very poor judgment. read more
