First stop Autozone, use their card reader to tell me what trouble codes have been thrown. First, set of coils for Volkswagen and change the oil. For Impala change the oil and new oil fitter plug because wherever this one has been going to to get the oil changed, they have stripped out the head. It took an act of Congress for me to get this sucker off just to change the oil. Just goes to show you if you want a job done right you you have to do it yourself.

The wait was a bit long, but in the end, worth it. The girl at the counter, Destiny, is new, but she did her absolute best, and she was a really big help. It is never easy to learn as you are waiting on customers, but she was great. The other guy at the counter, I think his name was Anthony or Andrew, I'm sorry, I can't remember, he really looked for a long time to help me. I was having trouble with a right turn signal bulb, it would light up, but would not blink, so they looked at turn signal relays, we even looked at a You Tube video to see what fuses could be broken. Then Clayton went to my car to check things out. We thought it might be just the bulb, so I bought 2 new ones, Clayton replaced the one on the right side, it still would light up, but not not blink. Then he switched the bulbs and sockets out, and as he put it on the left side, it still wouldn't blink. By process of elimination and several minutes of them working on it, we finally figured out it was probably the socket that the bulb fit into. Clayton helped me find the right one for my car, I ordered it on Amazon, and I installed it yesterday. It works, and I am so happy! The help I received at O'Reilly's was amazing. The employees went above and beyond, and they made me a customer for life. They all deserve raises. Thank you so much.

Literally take all four off and swap them two and two onto rims. Waited OVER 3.5 HOURS while other people came in and were helped immediately. When asked how much longer, got told it will still be a while. Finally told them to load tires back up and left. Thanks for screwing up my whole day AND not getting the tires swapped around that I needed ASAP.

I delivered the bike on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. He replaced the tube and tire completed a safety inspection of the bike and topped off the oil for about 1/3 the cost of an Indian dealer. Shawn is a professional. He runs a one man shop that is clean, neat and efficient. I was so impressed with his work I left my spouse's Honda Interstate with him for a safety inspection and to research a battery drain issue that has srumped 2 Honda shops and 2 multi brand shops.
