People always friendly and helpful. I prefer Autozone over the other parts stores. The AutoZone here in MarbleFalls I particularly like. I enjoy these people the most out of all the ones I have visited. My kids in town for Christmas so obviously I have to figure out what's wrong with their vehicles and fix all the problems. First stop Autozone, use their card reader to tell me what trouble codes have been thrown. First, set of coils for Volkswagen and change the oil. For Impala change the oil and new oil fitter plug because wherever this one has been going to to get the oil changed, they have stripped out the head. It took an act of Congress for me to get this sucker off just to change the oil. Just goes to show you if you want a job done right you you have to do it yourself. read more

I want to leave a big thank you to this branch!! I called up and asked for help over the phone about a Fob -- key lock - fix for my Dodge Challenger . Chance quickly found the product and offered to help . I drove over and he was a young man, with a good attitude. The store was busy, and i needed a lot of help, i had learned how to fix my Fob, but i really needed the support of a good customer service professional. Chance is, smart and kind to this old lady. Auto Zone in Marble Falls, TX is the best Auto Zone I have ever been in. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helped me with every concern I had with regard to my Land Rover Defender. I have to admit, i am challenged when it comes to cars. I found out yesterday, I could not find the lever for my hood. Then it happened, a headlight burned out on my 2013 Range Rover. I was recommended to Autozone and went after work. I was not sure what lamp i needed so I had to go home and get the car. I met Travis Cunning, Store Manager. As I left he said I got you when you come back. He was not kidding. He went above and beyond to figure out what I needed and then to find the correct lamp. They are remodeling the store. Then, he went further above and beyond to install it for me. I was freaking out because the repair shop i was recommended to did not return my call. I visited Marble Falls, TX the last weekend in October 2023 - driving in from Houston. On that Monday, October 30 - on a very cold, rainy morning - I loaded the car and was ready for my drive back home when I was met with a dead battery. I was on my own, and was blessed to receive the assistance first from Juan at Hidden Falls Inn - who got my battery going long enough so I could roll over to Autozone, which he had recommended. There, I was further assisted by Aiden and the supervisor on duty, who quickly and efficiently installed a new battery - and I safely made it back home to Houston, no issues. I called Auto Zone and spoke to someone about the problem I was having with my car. The young man told me to come in and they would see what they could do about helping me. I went into the store on Saturday 03/02/2024 around 4:00 pm. I told the guy who was at the counter exactly the same thing I had told someone over the phone, that I was having a problem with the right turn signal bulb, and I was wondering since it would light up, but not blink, if it could be a turn signal relay. He looked at me like I was stupid, and told me it wasn't a relay, but that I had a short. I asked him, how would I know if it was a short? I really needed help, I needed to fix what was wrong, so I could have the car inspected. He asked what year was my car? I told him 2015. He gave me that condescending look again, and flat out told me he wasn't even gonna bother with it. He didn't look on the computer, nothing. I wasn't expecting him to go out and fix it, I just needed an idea of what was wrong, so I could fix it. He just told me he wasn't going to do anything about it. I have never had a problem with Auto Zone until that day, and I have to say, I will never go back. I went to O'Reilly's and had the absolute best experience, and now they have a customer for life. Doug noticed that I was buying the wrong wiper blades when I came up to check out. He went and grabbed the right blades, opened the package and got all the right clips out, went out with me in the rain and put them both on in like 30 seconds. I am /not/ mechanically inclined. I've always come to Auto Zone to have the battery of any car I've owned tested - and, if needed - replaced, and they've always generously done the work. Today was different. While I was able to eventually have Adam at this location help change the battery of my truck out, another employee - Carl - went out of his way to be as patronizing, belittling, insulting, and rude as possible. Adam was great - helpful, courteous, polite, informative. Carl is quite possibly the single least helpful, biggest a-hole I've ever encountered at any auto parts store. We showed up at 8:57pm and tried to get a new battery and the elderly gentleman and his teenage sidekick literally raced us to the door to lock it in our face! Best and efficient Autozone ever!! My boyfriend and I had car trouble while driving back to Dallas. Their mechanic Ian was so helpful and offered his assistance to us with his knowledge and was just the nicest person. The Manager Mario was too kind and helping us find a way to get a part to us from Austin. We were there a little over 4 hours while we waited on the part and to be fixed and they couldn't have been nicer. Ash also helped out the mechanic Ian and very helpful. My check system light came on in the middle of nowhere on my 5 hour drive back to Dallas. I knew there was an AutoZone in Marble Falls, so went straight there. They ran diagnostics and didn't find anything. I showed him the icons that were lit up and he recognized it was a tire issue. I got out my new tire pressure gauge but couldn't get it to turn on. He recognized it as one they had in the store and replaced it for free. My tires were overinflated due to the heat. I cannot express how amazing the people here at this Autozone are. To Lorie the manager to Bill, and Ed. To Doug the mechanic who can repair cars anywhere. Vacationing here from Palacios on our way to Fredericksburg from our resort room in Lago Vista. Our car started acting up, shaking, running sluggish with no power. Pulled into Autozone and explained our problem. They went to work to diagnose our problem. They even found a mechanic to do the repairs in their parking lot. I have never been so impressed with people in a situation that really didn't have anything to do with them. They have restored my faith and thoughts on humanity. We had a dead battery and made it to Autozone just in time. Beaux J tested it, and confirmed it was bad. He got a new one, and Beaux installed it quicker than a pit stop. He jumped into action to change the battery when the temp outside was over 100. Can't believe the service! Beaux and Autozone really came through when we needed it. read more
