After all they stamp their name in big bold letters on everything they make, so why would they make junk with their name on it? Turns out it's cheap Chinese junk and won't hold a charge after 3 months of use. Called the store back and I was told they quit carrying the enterprise jumper packs and had switched to a different brand called NOGO because theirs aren't as good. I talked to the person for another 20 min and he said they can return it for a store credit towards another one. Ok I'm down for that I said and they ordered another one. I told them I would cover the difference if they would order the bigger heavier duty one since this one crapped out so easily. 2 days later called back and of course the story changed. Now the guy said the store manager wouldn't let him return it without the original receipt. The receipt printed on thermal paper that was no longer legible since it was left in the car. I asked why because they were able to easily look up and see the sale recorded in the computer. He said it's because his manager said no and that was the last word. Well manager let me tell you that when you put your own company name on a product that does a few months later and don't stand behind it the last word gets stamped on the internet. Along with your poor customer service.

Buying a car can sometimes get complicated, especially when management and all the behind-the-scenes negotiations get involved, but Zaid stepped in multiple times to keep things moving and ultimately saved the deal more than once. Covert offered a great price, worked with me over the phone, and delivered on the value they promised. That said, some of the traditional dealership tactics and back-and-forth with management felt a bit outdated and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. If you're shopping at Covert, ask for Zaid. He made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother, and his customer service is the reason I'm leaving happy. It took over 3 months to get it in the shop due to their lack of responding and follow ups Now I am being told nothing is wrong with it and I've been sitting for 40 minutes waiting to talk to a manager to show them videos and photos I have of the issues. This truck was $75,000 I'm so confused why there's so many problems with it if it's brand new. So shady don't waste your time or money here like me. Update: we took the truck to California after being told nothing was wrong with it and the battery completely died and couldn't even be jump started. And after getting it to O'reillys hours later they had a list of issues they found with the starter and battery. Confused since Covert said nothing was wrong with it.

I extended my rental car, which in total cost me $400 To rent for the week because I have 4 kids and an obviously busy life. On Friday at 3:30 I called to see the status and he said that I was "next in line" to run a simple diagnostic. The expectation was set that it would be done by Thursday.
