I was referred to Colonial by Jones Jeeps in Marble Falls. I took my '97 Jeep Wrangler in and was…read morevery impressed by Randy and his staff. The Jeep had been sitting for about 1.5 yr and needed some TLC. I dropped the Jeep off and told Randy to check it out and let me know what needed to be done - major or minor. I was in no hurry and expecting to she'll out a good chunk of change on this Jeep. A few days later Randy called and only had minor things that were in need of repair (new battery, starter, 02 sensor). I was able to get the parts cheaper at another store and Randy had no problem with that; I simply gave him the parts and he had the Jeep fixed quickly and for a cheap and fair price. A lot of places probably would have tried to take me for a fool, being a woman and not knowing a whole heck of a lot about vehicles. If I were still working in the area I would definitely use Colonial for my automotive repair needs ;)

Couple of things to mention about Colonial Auto in Marble Falls. First, they gave me an honest…read moreestimate of the work I needed done, and included more than other shops did. The price was competitive with the others, except for the dealership where I bought my truck which wanted TWICE the amount and treated me like I was an idiot for even suggesting that they might want to re-figure their numbers. Second, the final cost was even LOWER than their estimate and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be. A pleasure to do business with them, and even though I don't want to have to have work done again, that's where I'll go in the future. I recommend them.
