Ordered parts from Carson at 810 McDonald st. Regina Sask store on Sept. 5 was told parts would be there in 5 to 6 days. Went back to store on Sept. 12 they had some of my parts and told me they call me and tell me what was happening with the rest of my order later that day or the next morning, Nobody called. So i went back to store on Sept. 14 and a different employee told me my parts were not ordered till Sept. 12. Carson is an imbecile and lied to my face. I will pick up my parts if they ever arrive and will tell everyone I know about my experience at this store. I will never shop at any NAPA store again and urge everyone I know to do the same. I hope Carson gets fired as his incompetence cost me time and money plus he lied to my face. read more

This is a second extremely big disappointment from the Napa store at 180th Street, Kent, WA! Seven months ago, I purchased a battery from that store. The order got lost, but they told me that the item is in the store. Why some people can't use the system, I don't know. A few days ago, after the Veterans Day holiday on Tuesday, my car wasn't starting! The battery was very expensive. 3YR WTY BAT Part #: BAT 983585 and when I tested, I got 9 volts +/-. Today I went to the store. Before I went, I made a phone call, and they told me the battery was ready for pickup! I went there, and a person with the name Tood told me that my battery is fine and only needs charging, but I did drive the car for a few hours, and the charge on the meter was 14.2 volts, which sounds like my alternator is charging. Mr. Tood told me that the G37 has a lot of electronics and computers that can drain power over night! I have a warranty-hello- where are my purchase rights? I don't know why I keep coming back to Napa Auto Parts for anything other than their Napa Gold oil filters. I was recently told Napa oil filters don't fit completely flat on the RSX like genuine Honda filters do, therefore are prone to leaks. Also, I purchased a new radiator from Napa for my '98 Integra GS. I don't drive this car much because it's my 3rd car. I've been noticing coolant has been leaking from under the radiator cap and the radiator was low on coolant. I've also noticed the Sankei (top brand) spins completely around whenever I try to tighten it. I tried a different brand cap, the same thing happened. On 4/5/22, I called Napa and was on the phone with them for over an hour. They were able to confirm their Napa Radiator cap fits and stops turning like it's supposed to, therefore be warned Napa radiators are not OEM. If you buy a Napa Radiator, there's a good chance you will also need to buy a Napa radiator cap, which they do not tell you. You have to find out the hard way. It's a ploy which allows Napa to make more money from it's customers. They don't realize it's also a good way for them to lose customers. Napa just lost another star and deserves just 1 . This particular store consistently finds new and creative ways to worsen their customer experience. I have been shopping here for 25 years, because the parts are generally good quality. First, they got rid of the cashier, so if I just need something from the front of store, I am forced to stand in line while they look up parts for everybody in front of me, just to pay for what I need. Today I decided to purchase three quarts of oil online, for pickup. Their web site said "Available in store for pickup in 30 minutes." An hour and fifteen minutes later, when I arrived, I learned: 1) I had to stand in the same line to "pick up" my prepaid order, 2) The order was not ready yet. I was told that the 30 minutes advertised was not from when I submitted the purchase, it was 30 minutes from when I received a "confirmation email." As of an hour and fifteen minutes from placing the order, I had not yet received the confirmation email, 3) The AAA discount I entered appeared to be removed when the payment was processed. Don't bother with online ordering, other than to check stock...and don't plan a quick visit to purchase anything simple. read more

So, I just had the worst experience ever dealing with retail sales. This place has little or no customer service. My kids ran the AC and radio without the motor running. It killed the battery after 15 minutes. So I thought I would need another battery. I was going to go to Auto Zone but there was this NAPA on the way. The guy who tested the battery said we needed a new one. He could barely understand how to run the test unit. Things got worse from there. I borrowed a tool kit from them because they didn't put them in. Ok, I can under stand that but when I went to Auto Zone a couple of months ago the guy there did it in 5 minutes. So, I started by borrowing the kit...which had only one of the two sockets that were needed. Then I had to buy some. I bought sockets and when I tried to take the packaging off it broke. So then I have a piece of plastic stuck inside....what does NAPA do? They sell me another socket rather than help me get the plastic out. Finally I got fed up...I took the battery back in and told them to keep it. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. First thing I will never do is to try and replace a battery on my own. Between the scrapped knuckles and getting burned by the engine...I am not a mechanic. The second thing that I will never do is shop at NAPA. I will also tell everyone I know not to shop there. Bottom line, it was a horrible experience. I spent 40 minutes in hell. I proceeded to go to Auto Zone and they replaced my battery in 10 minutes. Cost me another 100 bucks but painless, because of course NAPA kept my money. .For $140.00 in battery, tools, and pain I am going to do everything in my power to make sure they get more than their money's worth in word-of-mouth advertising. read more

No problems and speedy service. In and out in minutes. They had the bulbs we needed in-stock at (I guess) a good price. (When was the last time I bought tail light bulbs... 1980s?) Even better, we bought a tool for the special tail light screws (6-point star type, not Allen wrench type) and ended up not needing it so we took it back and got refund super easy, no hassles. Location a bit weird if you aren't headed by there (not far from IKEA) but it is like a IKEA-size warehouse of parts, so I assume you'll never (OK, rarely) encounter a time where they don't have what you needed. read more

As long as I can remember, if you went to an auto parts store to buy something and they didn't have it in stock they usually offer to order one or have one brought over from another store. Apparently not here, it was more like , we don't have the exact one in stock so go check one of our other stores. Why couldn't that person get on the phone and see if the other store had what I needed before I get back out into traffic again. Get it fixed. My check oil light came on so I stopped at Napa, I've always gotten good help there in the past. An employee named Clint helped me today, I am a moron when it comes to anything engine. He offered to check my oil levels and figure out the best oil for my car. He then went out and filled it for me. I recently called into this location to get a price quote for some parts that I needed for a relatively easy fix on my older vehicle. I'm sorry, but I can't give my business to a company that doesn't have the decency to answer the damn phone or use simple, basic phone etiquette! The first time I called in, I was hung up on or the phone was disconnected! Either way, that's irritating, especially after having to call several other parts stores to find the items needed. The second time I called in, I was greeted by a guy who said can you give me just a second and asked to put me on hold. I was busy doing other things so I didn't pay much attention until another phone call came in on my line. I looked at the timer on my phone and I had been left on hold for over 11 minutes. Granted, I was busy with other things, so sitting on hold was in a huge issue... But I'm sorry, don't you want my business? LOL don't you want me to spend my money there? I hung up and called another NAPA store who answered immediately and was great with customer service! I'm not sure why that's not a trend companywide?! Bad experience today. Went in for a headlight bulb. There was a whole rack of them but no book or computer to figure out what I needed. I wasn't the only one in this aisle trying to figure out how to find a bulb. Stood in line for a while they they got me the part, but the NAPA bulb they gave me didn't fit properly where the OEM/Phillips did: it went in but the locking tab wouldn't secure it. Went back in and stood in line again for ages. Next cashier implied I just hasn't pushed it hard enough. Showed them and they said "oh it's just supposed to pull out like that". Uh, no. So I asked to return it and they wouldn't take it because of fingerprints on it. So, yes: I get that, but was a crappy and frustrating experience. With the attitude and wait meant they don't get my business. This is the major Seattle warehouse and they need to put more staff on. Me and everyone else in line were looking on Amazon, where I actually found two of the Phillips bulbs for less than I paid for the single NAPA one that was no good. read more

5 stars for Mic at the Napa distribution store off 180th. Generators are tough to find parts on or people to work on them. Mic spent time on the phone then worked with me in person to get an after market Fuel pump for my Motorhome. Its 10 years old and has 30,000 miles on coach and a barely used Generac guardian quietpact G55 generator, everyone else suggested spending $6K to replace or scheduled me out 4 weeks for repairs. Mic knew what to do, and worked on finding the pump, $90 for everything. Filter and all. He even made sure I'd install it correctly. Having a knowledgable employee willing to spend the time it took, and help get it done, saved my family a very large investment. Generators back together and purring better than ever. Maybe the worst customer service there is at sn auto parts store. I stood in line for 25 minutes to buy 2 cans of refrigerant. There were only 2 people at front desk and each one helped, if you want to call it for 20 minutes and no one else came from back to help out the lines. 2 people left before they could buy their products snd I should hVe been the third. They have many workers there but they cant help out because they are "warehouse" people. Looks like O'Reillys from now on for me and probably the two other people that left. read more

I have used Napa Auto Parts for various parts purchases in the past. They've been helpful before. About a week ago, this store let me use their OBD II reader when I got a check engine light. The reader listed misfire codes. The next day I swapped some coils and spark plugs. Then I went back to the store to reconfirm 2nd check engine ligjt and buy parts. They told me they would not loan the OBD 2 tool, but I could buy a reader. They were nice enough to recommend their competitor (Auto Zone) tgat provides readings. I went to that store. Auto Zone assisted me with their reader, and I confirmed the codes. Guess where I bought my replacement parts? Guess where I wil be taking my business now? Auto Zone! Auto Zone! read more

This store is the best, if I could give them 10 stars I would. My vehicle was having battery/starter issues almost a year to the day it had happened before. Everything was under warranty and Mic went beyond helping me. He completely saved my sanity. I was stuck in the parking lot for 2-3 hours, and all the employees were helpful and kind, no stress.
