I couldn't find my original receipt for this battery, which I purchased on 03-06-2024, in Hilo, Hawaii. This battery is less than 36 months old, so if it's bad, I should be able to get it replaced free of charge, being that it's less than three years old, according to batteries warranty. I moved to Nevada two years ago, so I called my closest Napa store here in Henderson, Nevada and I spoke to a store employee, who answered the phone "Hello" and he was not a "Happy camper". I explained my situation to him, who basically stated no receipt, we can't do anything for you, need to pay for a brand-new battery. I took a chance and called my former home town Napa in Hilo; Hawaii and I spoke to "Shawn". Man, what a breath of fresh air.... Shawn was so down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to locate my car battery receipt for the purchase that I made back in March of 2024, he was able to track it via my phone number and on top of that he was able to email me a copy of the receipt within seconds. I just wanted to give some POSITIVE feedback, being that nowadays, there is so much negativity out there. Darin has many years of knowledge and experience in the industry but is now behind the scenes as the current owner and all around great local guy. After a truck battery started failing last week, I popped in and chatted with a couple of their old time employees, guessing they each have over 30 years with ASC. Informed him of what I needed and he retrieved a replacement battery, even carting it out to my ride in the parking lot. That's what I call fantastic customer service or maybe he thought this old guy can't carry the battery. After all, these batteries are kinda heavy nowadays. The parts store is right off of Route 11/Kanoelehua Avenue and easy to find on Kawili Street. They have an extensive inventory as well as ample parking. Highly recommended for their easy access, parts availability, local roots, and awesome staff.
