My Napa AAA Premium battery was rapidly dying with a recorded Cold cranking amp of 504 (rated at…read more725) and a State of health at 13%. So, I was in the market to replace my battery ASAP. I couldn't find my original receipt for this battery, which I purchased on 03-06-2024, in Hilo, Hawaii. This battery is less than 36 months old, so if it's bad, I should be able to get it replaced free of charge, being that it's less than three years old, according to batteries warranty. I moved to Nevada two years ago, so I called my closest Napa store here in Henderson, Nevada and I spoke to a store employee, who answered the phone "Hello" and he was not a "Happy camper". I explained my situation to him, who basically stated no receipt, we can't do anything for you, need to pay for a brand-new battery. I took a chance and called my former home town Napa in Hilo; Hawaii and I spoke to "Shawn". Man, what a breath of fresh air.... Shawn was so down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to locate my car battery receipt for the purchase that I made back in March of 2024, he was able to track it via my phone number and on top of that he was able to email me a copy of the receipt within seconds. I just wanted to give some POSITIVE feedback, being that nowadays, there is so much negativity out there. I said no, there is a fan to cool the hybrid batteries under...cut off again " Oh this is a Hybrid?" Better than auto parts store because it was a denso to start with not an aftermarket china type. New denso is expensive and new aftermarket is cheap. Three year warranty with this unit for passenger car that is stock. Michael got awesome training from his dad. One day service. In at noon and got it back the next morning. Yes I recommend.
