He came out to look and noticed the fan belt was broken, another was put on incorrectly and the engine was overheating. He was able to get the new belts on, fill up the coolant, change my old battery (including cleaning all my connectors) and alert me that my oil was completely empty. A big mahalo to Alexis, supervisor on duty, and her husband who helped by refilling the oil. Instead of having AAA tow me somewhere, I was able to drive home in a truck that ran and sounded better than it had in ages. None of these people had to do any of this but they are genuinely kind and generous people. How blessed we are to have this store and these people in our neighborhood. I would never buy parts anywhere else.

We were told be 2 people to have them check the tires before we buy because they're known for selling and making money off rims and tires even if they dont hold air. We were mainly looking for rims anyway. The lady in the front told us how much it would cost for rim and tire and the tire was flat. We had to ask if we could get some air in it and check for leaks. We waited for some time but eventually someone came down and took the tire. My husband walked with him asking if they had anymore of the same rims? No answer. He tried to make some small talk, nothing in reply. He ended up jumping in a car and speeding off leaving my husband in his dust. Super rude! We ended up waiting for awhile not even knowing if he was coming back. Eventually he did, my husband asked if there were any leaks, he said nothing and started walking away. So I asked again, is it holding the air? And he just sped off again. Real shady. The lady in the front could clearly hear how frustrated we were with no answers but also stayed quite and just asked us for money. She also charged a random disposal fee for what? We didnt ask to dispose of anything. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Shady business for sure, we will not be going back.

They only replaced it because I called them weekly! I made an appointment with John and it was very quick and easy. Best part is he showed me how to do it and didn't charge me a dime. I recommend his service. He is a master mechanic who knows what he is doing and does the job right, the first time!

Came here to get a head gasket job done. Was quoted $2200…read more Owner suggested we also do a few other things while we were in there and we agreed. Price went up to $2500 Then they found other parts that needed replacement. Ok, we're just below 3,000 Suddenly the bill is over $4900 when we go to pick the car up. Jeremy claims there was additional things they found wrong and that he notified us. (he didn't and these new charges were a surprise) As we start going through the bill, we notice we're being charged for labor and parts that should have been included in the original price for the head gasket. Then, the additional parts are priced at 2-3x what they should be with outrageous labor charges. ($200 in labor to replace a thermostat which takes 10 minutes to remove 2 bolts.) Owner refuses to release the vehicle unless we pay and we have a bunch of back and forth where he starts dropping the price but still wants to charge stupid labor charges and more. Then he pulls up high prices on the computer to justify his high costs. Same parts I found for 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Now we also discover they didn't put certain parts back on the vehicle when they finished and there is a missing exhaust cover. So not only do they overcharge the work is sloppy. I cannot recommend this shop at all. They don't honor their quotes, jack up the price of parts then refuse to release your vehicle until you pay. 0 stars if I could.
