My husband is so much nicer than I am so he didn't say anything while he was there. He said there are 2 people you don't upset - the ones who fix your food, and the ones who fix your car. He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen.

I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!

They still went in and took care of my car. They charged me less than what the insurance paid, so they got a tip. I highly recommend Wranglers. I took it back in April and had them ceramic coat the whole car, interior, tires, wheels....everything. I am very pleased with that service as well. My husband worked at General Motors as a body shop supervisor and he sees every little imperfection and he can't find anything that's not "right" after the repair and ceramic.

I needed bushings and ball joint replacement. Also rod end boots. I have Carshield and they are an acceptable place who works with this business. Careshield told me they are in good standing with them as well. The owner is an amazing person, business owner and knows what he is doing. First On is my goto place for vehicle repairs. I don't know who decided my vehicle's battery should…read morebe placed in the fender well, but that is a nightmare for a car owner. Trexal and the guys at First On got me a new battery and installed it for a little more than I would have paid off I bought it and went through the hassle myself. This is the 3rd time I have had to come and bring a vehicle for service in the past 2 months. The first time I had some sensors replaced. The second time I had to have a power steering pump and an automatic door fixed. This last time was the battery on my other car. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but it's nice to know when you spend your money you are getting what you pay for, and you aren't being added services you don't need. The honesty and integrity at First On has earned a customer for life.
