For many years, I have only used Discount Tire for purchases and maintenance. I always purchase the warranty with our new tire purchases and it has come in handy with my daughter's car. Unfortunately, there is not a Discount Tire in the small town of Stephenville. I checked Discount's web site and found the nearest town was Granbury, about 45 miles away. I made an appointment online for the following day at 2:30. I picked up her car and drove to Granbury arriving a little early for my appointment. As I was getting out of the car, a representative came out to meet us. I advised him about our appointment, and that I had purchased the tires from Discount Tire in Spring Branch. He looked over all the tires, said they looked in good condition and asked if I liked them. When he found out that I really liked them he said they didn't have any of our size in stock but could have them in the day after Labor Day. That was in case the tire could not be fixed. I also asked to have all tires rotated and balanced. At 3:00, he came and told me the tire was fixed and the others were rotated and balanced. He said no charges, and we were ready to go. 30 minutes for all that work was fantastic. Will I return? I'm a loyal Discount Tire consumer. Hopefully I will not have to return to this particular store.

Trexal and the guys at First On got me a new battery and installed it for a little more than I would have paid off I bought it and went through the hassle myself. This is the 3rd time I have had to come and bring a vehicle for service in the past 2 months. The first time I had some sensors replaced. The second time I had to have a power steering pump and an automatic door fixed. This last time was the battery on my other car. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but it's nice to know when you spend your money you are getting what you pay for, and you aren't being added services you don't need. The honesty and integrity at First On has earned a customer for life.

I'm located four hours away and was referred to Action Golf Carts for help with a charger issue. Cameron took the time to message with me, discuss my options, and try to help me find the charger I needed. Unfortunately, the charger I originally needed is no longer being manufactured, but Cameron found a second option. Since I'm so far away, he even contacted another shop closer to me and is willing to work with them to help me find an alternative charging solution for my golf cart. He could have simply said, "Sorry, we can't help," but instead, he went above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his time, knowledge, and willingness to help. Cameron is truly a gem!
