They were taken to Debbie lane store but this store didn't have a Toyota attachment. Off to Matlock / I20 and there the rotors were destroyed. Gouges were cut and the "finished" area was so rough you couldn't run your fingers across it for fear of metal splinters. One clerk remarked "what do you expect it's metal" then walked away. The 2nd clerk said "install them and they'll smooth out in 50 miles." I'm skipping all O'Reilly stores in the future!

Well it didn't take 20 minutes before Will found something the dealership should have flagged before my inspection. Sad, they asked me if I wanted to buy something else, lol. Said sorry not buying from someone who lets their customers pay for an inspection that they (dealer) should have known beforehand. Will does an excellent job and records everything.
