This was a cute hotel, with a great Oceanside view from the balcony. You also accidentally get to see some live music at the restaurant next door which was a nice touch! All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and I wanted to make note of that considering the other reviews really shocked me! You can also text the front desk with questions which is great for those of you with social anxiety haha. Another positive- This is the first hotel I've stayed at in a long time where the air conditioner actually blew cold all night long! I deducted a star for accouple reasons. The shower was visibly not clean, and had black mold in the cracks and crevices. And the late checkout (of an hour and 30 minutes extra) cost HALF of the already pretty steep room cost for one night. Otherwise we had a great experience here and for the views from the balcony/room alone I'd love to come back for a relaxing weekender! read more

It was not what I expected due to the pictures from on line. Guess angles do make things look different. We went in off season so the place was not crazy. But it is modern and newly remodeled. I like the whole surfer beach vibe. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice with good view of the water. The selling point is the top deck it's amazing with a great view and seating to watch water and sunrise or sunset. The restaurant/ bar was a nice perk. The pool and hot tub was clean. Would stay there again if I am in that area again. read more

Two stars because everybody so nice but will not recommend. Mostly due to cleanliness. Hair in shower. Some mystery stain on the back of bathroom door. He early think it's blood. Sheets were stained. Patio had old French fries on it. But the French fry's did attract seats right to our patio and we got some cool pictures. I asked them to change my sheets and waited an hour. Called back and asked again waited thirty minutes and still nobody. As I went down to grab some lunch to bring back I stopped by the front desk to follow up. They said that the house keeping manager was supposed to have stopped by. I told them he had not. I asked if they could just drop them outside the door as my husband was in the room and we were about to get ready for a wedding. When I came back from the cafe across the street about 15 minutes, a housekeeper was in our room with the doo propped completely open. I could hear the shower running and knew my husband was in the shower. I shooed her out and she showed me the text that the manager told her to change our sheets/. Once I got her out of the room I knocked on the bathroom door and my husband asked if she was gone because the was stuck in the bathroom the whole time. The sheets again. We're stained. After all that I'd give it 1 star big everybody's super nice. read more

Obviously the location is great across the street from the ocean. But the amenities were terrible. The room never got cleaned, Toilet paper never got restocked, does not offer free coffee other than the garbage you make in the room. The parking is terrible, the girl at the desk did not explain thin gs very well. She mentioned something about a parking garage but all spots were filled. read more

So incredibly disappointed with the condition of the rooms for $500 a night. For this rate could be at a 4,5 star hotel in Paris with better amenities. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by multiple fruit flies. Paid good money to share a room with bugs. There is noticeable wall damage on the walls further fueling the disappointment of just how much money was spent. There is only 1 towel hook to hang a bath towel. Where is the second guest supposed to hang their towel? If the towel hook on the back of the door had a second hook- problem solved. This is a beach resort and there is a pool. Why are they so stingy with the pool towels- only 8 put out at a time. There is a comedically small amount of shampoo and body wash considering people will be showering multiple times because of the beach and pool. We are only here because of a friend's wedding. Deeply regret spending my money here. There's a reason why there are lots of 1 stars. read more

This was the worst experience!! My fiancee and step daughter decided to stay at this RESORT not HOTEL or MOTEL at my daughter is going away to college in 1 month. What a bad decision!! To begin with the ac was broken, next door guest smoking what smelled like Marijuana, tv didn't work, and from desk not attentive at all. Evaluation - Nantasket Beach Resort visited June 23-25. 2025 We've stayed here a number of times at different times of the year, including a memorable New Year's Eve celebration as a windy snowfall danced for us outside of the picture windows. A delight. This stay was not comparable to any of our previous visits, Clearly, the hotel was seriously understaffed* - and it showed in several ways in our visit *Check-in was very slow - housekeeping was still working at 4:00 PM (our check-in time) we had to wait a while. Desk clerk was clearly overrun with arriving guests - a bit surprising for a Monday *Housekeeping didn't get to our room on Tuesday until 5:30 PM! *the complimentary internet was not working. *on two consecutive days, there were no fresh towels available at the swimming pool. The first time, I reported it to the desk clerk, who was swamped with other items. Towels never got to the pool, so-o-o I went up to the 4th floor and talked directly with housekeeping. I took a stack of towels back to the pool. The next day, same issue! I went directly to the fourth floor and retrieved some and brought them to the pool Room # 203 -= VERY cramped, particularly since our 7 year old granddaughter was with us. Number of square feet? Was that below what we made our reservation for? A review of the hotel website says a 2 Queens room encompassed 350 square feet. I have to question whether room 203 was that large. Hot water Monday PM was nearly nonexistent. COLD shower! Restaurant/bar weren't open - apparently still waiting for operating permit in wake of remodeling. We were expecting it would be available from our previous visits. Would have been nice to have told us in advance. Amenity fee - there was no mention of it when we booked the hotel. What specifically does it cover? On line, the single reference to "amenity" was the WiFi, (see reference above!) To be blunt, this is as fraudulent as airlines charging passengers an extra fee for carry-on luggage. read more

This is definitely not a resort, it's an older hotel on the beach with a make over. They do have a spa on the top floor and I will say Nancy is an amazing massage therapist. I went in feeling like a stress monkey and came out cool, calm, and collected. That is the best part of this hotel. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and looked exactly like it did on the web site. We went off season so it was easy to get around, inexpensive, and easy to get around. I can imagine in the summer Nantasket Beach must be packed. The rooms are very well heated, so much I kept the sliding glass door opened and it was 16 degrees outside. There is definitely a lack of parking and there is no over night parking on the street. So it was a bit of a walk to my car on a very very cold day with winds that pushed me down the street. Service was good, someone was always at the desk. They didn't have a cafe or restaurant but there are some close by. The hotel is a little cramped, rooms are kind of small, one very slow elevator, really not glamorous to call a resort. Reminded me of Hampton Beach, NH. If you're use to going to Hampton Beach as an escape, yea, this is for you. Don't have resort expectations and you'll be fine. read more

Upon arrival, my brother & his family found out they had two rooms, they booked one. My sister in law checked her emails and saw two emails but thought it was a glitch because they only booked one room (so they thought). The front desk wouldn't do anything about it. Our room didn't have a working AC (it's 90 degrees in July). Maintenance came to check and he said he had been to this room several times and has told management it needs to be replaced as it is no longer repairable. They brought he a box fan and an air cooler - which isn't blowing cool air. When we went down to discuss this issue we ran into another couple who had been charged for two rooms!!! Seems like a pattern. They said they could give us 15%. Great location but I'd be weary of booking here. read more

Quite a disappointment. It was a big birthday for me, so I wanted my wife and I to have a great mini-vacation. We paid **$600** for two nights. Off-season. What we got for an ocean-view king was: * endless noise from traffic right below our room * vicious noise in the hallway during the day as equipment was being repaired. * no coffee or amenities in the lobby in the morning. * one washcloth * one luggage rack * no extra coffee cups for tea in the room. * we couldn't see the ocean from the windows of our room due to old, dirty screens and filthy windows. * the deck slider didn't lock, due to rust. ...and when we complained they said they didn't have any cups, washcloths, etc. "We are following orders from corporate." The front-desk staff was friendly, overworked, and understanding, but frustrated that they were unable to help us. They wanted to. We understand how these aggregators take over private hotels, make minimal cosmetic changes, raise the prices, and hope to make money. Same with the Kimpton chain. We will never go to this hotel again. A Holiday Inn, at half the price, would have had better accommodations, coffee and two washcloths. By the way, the WiFi is horrible. I stayed here seven or eight years ago and had a wonderful visit. Returned this week, and it's nothing like before. The room was advertised as "partial ocean view" -- which it turns out if I stick my head waaaaay out the window I see a sliver of beach. The restaurant was closed, the pool was cold, the parking situation is ridiculous (the staff didn't actually say "good luck finding a place!" but they might as well have) I have stayed in better rooms in other places for half the cost. This is a decent facility, but the staff is AWFUL! We showed up early and the front desk clerk said the room would be ready in a couple of hours. He said he would call when it is ready. He never did. We returned at 3:35 and were told by a different desk clerk that the room would be ready by check-in time at 4:00. In the meantime, the lobby filled with people trying to check in with a guy who is slower than molasses. At 4:10, he motioned for me to come to the desk because my room was ready. I waited there while he checked in other guests, until I finally asked for my keys. He responded that I would have to wait while he checked in several other guests, saying, they've been waiting a long time." I retorted that I watched all those people come in while I was waiting a lot longer. He scolded me for yelling at him. When we got in the room, the phone was not working, so we used our mobile phones to call down and ask for a manager. 30 minutes later, we were still waiting until we finally hung up. Anyone can build a nice facility, but staffing it with competent people is what distinguishes a good hotel from a bad one. This staff really SUCKS! read more

So unfortunate It's so unfortunate because I've been taking my son to this place for years and it has declined every year over and over every year so bad and today I had the worst experience. in the past, the pool was disgustingly dirty that they had to drain the whole thing and refill, and it wasn't available to guests. Today the hot tub was not available without any explanation.. Today the phone lines were down and the TVs were not available. No access to cable at all. This place truly sucks. read more

We attempted to check in a bit early and told to come back at 4 pm. When asked if we would get a text when the room was ready we were told to just come back at 4 pm. We stopped by at 3:25 and they quickly responded the room was not ready! Then asked our name! lol! The line to check in at 4 pm was 10 deep so left. Later the smoke detector was beeping and someone fixed it...ahhh not! We had to call again to fix the battery in the smoke detector. My wife and I love this hotel and the surrounding area and we've stayed several times. The hotel is charming, fresh and nicely decorated. The entire staff was excellent. We had an "ocean view" room (not to be confused with "ocean front") on our latest visit and we spent a fair amount of time on the balcony watching the waves roll in and the people stroll by. We had a cocktail and an app in the hotel bar and both were delicious. The town of Hull has plenty to do - the beach (excellent for walking at low tide), restaurants, bars, a hotdog stand, a seasonal, antique carousel (merry-go-round) and some cool history. We stayed on a Thursday night, right after Labor Day. We tried to get an ocean front room but they were sold out due to two weddings that night. My wife and I were treaded exceptionally well on our arrival. The Nantasket Beach Resort was acquired in 2019 by Newport Hotel Group. I think that might explain the disparity of the reviews. read more

Second time here in the last year. Homestly disappointing. I now know they could care less about their customers, you will come because of the location. The hotel doesn't have enough parking. The rooms seem to be in different levels of of obvious wear and tear. This time it had a broken thermostat, shower knob and the wallpaper was scotch taped in place. You could find yourself and your kids in the side of a wedding banquet hall with a loud Dj. The pool had no towels and the staff just doesn't really care. If you have other options I would probably stay away until they get their stuff together. Dispite an issue with the water which was brown, I never asked for a discount or refund. 0 stars. We had a room block at the Nantasket Beach Resort for our daughter's wedding in nearby Cohasset. We were having he rehearsal dinner down the street at the Parrot. Check in is supposed to be at 4. My wife and I (parents of the bride) arrived at 4. Rehearsal dinner was 5:15. The room was not ready until 5:30. When we told the woman at the desk the situation (rehearsal dinner, room block responsible for much of their business that weekend) the representative did not even look up, much less do something or even apologize. I can deal with incompetence if it is unintentional and there is an expression of remorse, but in this case , there was neither. Also, we had a different person taking the room the next night and were assured that the Resort could split the bill. They could not figure that out either. Avoid this place. read more

I stayed 1 night at this "resort" the middle of April 2023, off season, and cost over $200, after visiting relatives in the area. I spent a lot of time at Paragon Park in the day, and haven't been back in years. The staff was polite and helpful. He gave me a map of parking lots, and directions to the other building. Parking and finding the other building is inconvenient, being a block away. The room is fine, fairly clean, with bottles water and coffee maker with instant coffee. My chief complaint is no coffee, tea of water available in lobby, and no continental breakfast. For a "resort" this is unacceptable, chain hotels provide this. There is a restaurant attached, only lunch and dinner served. The options are across the street to a cafe, and DD down the street. read more

This is my second stay here and it wasn't as enjoyable as the first time. In the past My daughter and I stayed in a 2 queen bedroom with the ocean view and balcony. This time we got a suite because there were 4 of us and we liked the fact there were 2 TVs and a king bed and sleeper sofa. The rooms and renovated bathroom were beautiful. We enjoyed the fireplace and sitting room too. The appearance was lovely but the things we really wanted were not here. There was supposed to be a balcony and there isn't one, just a railed off sliding glass door/window which we couldn't even open for the breeze and wave watching, the powder room sink was plugged and had a really disgusting smell, the closet doors were off the tracks and too heavy to fix ourselves (Renee got stuck inside) and the main window had no screen. At night when we tried taking showers we found that the water warmed up to HOT and didn't get cooler! We decided it would have cost only a few dollars more for 2 ocean view too and we'd have a balcony to sit on and hear the waves and that will be the way we go if we get there again. We love hearing the water as the tide comes in so that was hindered because we had an indirect ocean view further away from the beach. The pool was closed one night for cleaning and reopened the next afternoon. As we swam we all kept getting long blond hairs on us which was kind of gross. We were alone which was pleasant. I hope to return but will only get the double on the sea side! It was just a disappointment. The staff though was wonderful. Stayed 3 nights here visiting family. Will never stay again. Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. Front desk clerks could care less about you. Our TV would not work so after complaining for a day we finally fixed it ourselves. Had to go down to customer service desk to get more shampoo, soap etc since the cleaning people never came. I think Motel 6 is better than this place. Too bad great location but definitely going downhill. read more

Lots of problems on this visit: Nice but very young and inexperienced staff. Still waiting for results after many requests for many problems to be addressed. Only one staffer checking in many people waiting for a room. A very long line and few rooms ready at check in time. Wait in line time was more than 30 minutes to get up to the desk. We have a very expensive suite. The air conditioning only works occasionally and does not respond to the room thermostat. The microwave doesn't work at all. The sink near the microwave leaks. The hinges on the bathroom door squeak loudly enough to wake my wife up at night when I use the bathroom. There is no place for breakfast in the hotel at all. And, very little nearby. The self park lot holds about 15 cars. It's really only for the condo owners. Hotel guests don't get much.The overflow lot on another block is deep in mud, not paved. The lobby is tiny. No coffee or tea available. They do charge resort fees however. And, hours have gone by and no one has shown up to fix anything. read more

PROS - the room was nicely decorated. That's it! CONS - let me count the ways CUSTOMER SERVICE- Horrible- They down graded our reservation from a suite to a king room. Did not honor our request for our groups rooms to be near each other. They put us in different buildings. No apology, lame excuses. They didn't even try to work with us. Their attitude was they were doing us a favor to let us stay here. And the hotel was almost empty. ROOMS- Very noisy- heavy traffic noise is extremely loud. Even the air conditioner on high could not drowned it out. The room was tiny. Balcony was about 3ft square. Did not open window because the screens had huge holes in them. View was from a 2ft wide window and we kept the drapes drawn to help keep the loud road noise out of the room. The ac/ heater unit had 2 choices- Roast or freeze, temperature control did not work. Ended up putting both the AC and the fireplace on to get a livable temperature. Floors and doors squeak so you wake up anyone in the room if you move about. BATHROOM- Tiny. Makes an old style ships bathroom look big. Rubber seals on the shower doors were warped so the floor was flooded after a shower. AMENITIES - what a joke. They charge a fee for nothing. The gym is a fishbowl. Exercise in front of floor to ceiling windows that face a very busy street and sidewalk. An indoor pool that when you open the door to the room your eyes water because of the heavy chlorine. Would not risk swimming in that many chemicals. NO SERVICES - looks like they are ready to sell some snacks and sundries but never got around to stocking it. No restaurant. no snack bar. All in all they turned a much awaited visit with friends and family into an experience in extreme frustration and disappointment. The term resort is used loosely.... Other than a restaurant there is absolutely no other amenities! The elevator was out of order so hike to room was a haul, the oceanfront room had a balcony looking over side of hotel , housekeeping is nonexistent the room had a filthy shower had hair and soap from previous guests stuck to sides,balcony slider did not open past 6 inches. the dust in room was thick enough to carve name and the entire common areas were also dirty strewn with trash and smelled like it. Sad that those are just some of the problems we encountered. The rate was over 500 dollars and it was 400 dollars too much ! One star is too many! I spoke to front desk everyday I was there although they were pleasant they were absolutely useless as I was told the manager was not present to speak with me,I asked upon checkout to have a manger call me to discuss my experience..... I am still waiting! My advice is to stay elsewhere and avoid this "resort" . Motel 6 would have been comparable ! read more

Stayed here for a wedding - my friends sure know how to throw a party!!! This hotel however did not meet my expectations. Lots of things are outdated and the pics on their website are deceiving. Thought we paid for an ocean view- yeah right, more like parking lot/ pool/ telephone wires view and if u look 90 degrees to the right and across the street then u see the ocean. Fireplace heats up but doesnt give the look of a fire (so what's the point really.) There was a stampede of elephants staying above us (or maybe the old building has thin floors). Food at the wedding was forgettable. The layout of the 2 buildings is completely confusing (nevermind to wedding guests who are drinking) and having to go upstairs for the skywalk or downstairs and outside and across was a real PIA. Lots of "where are u? Which building? Which lobby?" Staying at this hotel and trying to cross the street was also a PIA- people think it's a drag strip apparently. Parking was tight on site, luckily it was off season and we got nearby street parking which was ok overnight. Not all neg- the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is def a party hotel- no one complained about us being loud til 3am. Hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. I'd only stay here again if I had to, otherwise I'd pick an air bnb. read more

First, everyone was nice and professional! However, house cleaning was the worst! My family and I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not refresh our rooms unless we asked for the service. When they showed up after the second day, the room was not cleaned. THIS IS NOT A RESORT! Nothing about this hotel is a resort. The elevator was out of order the entire time. We were on the second floor had to take the stairs. I read other reviews and the elevator did not work for the last couple of weeks. Parking is not assessable! A workman appeared without warning, climbed onto our balcony from a cherry picker when we were about to have breakfast, and started drilling work. Very loud grinding that went on for a long time and set our teeth on edge. Management did not ask permission or warn about repairs being done while we occupied our room. Workman neither apologized nor cleared away the wood chips he left behind. This behavior from management was thoughtless and rude. Inexcusable. Typical of the treatment we received. I recently stayed at Nantasket Beach Resort from Thu 7.22 to Sat 7.24.  A friend of mine was coming to visit family and our town, so I made reservations for us to stay at your property. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service received (especially for the price that we were paying) for this 2-night stay. First, I arrived at 3:17pm. I was told check in was 4pm but that it was not a problem because it would be "a few more minutes" so I went to the store to pick up some snacks. I returned at 3:40pm and the room was still not ready, so I sat in the lobby and continued to wait. As I was waiting, I saw people checking in and getting their rooms right away, but I didn't question anything.  At 4:05pm, a clerk came over and asked my name, came back and advised that my room was ready. When I entered the room, I found no hand towel, only 1 bath towel and 1 face cloth for a two-person stay, so I called down for more. The next morning, we left at 10am and returned at 2:30 pm to a room that was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and explained that we left at 10am and expected to come back to a clean room. The clerk's response was "I don't know who you think is going to clean it now", assuming he meant because of the time of day. I do not believe, under any circumstance, should this be someone's response to a customer. Saturday morning, my friend went down to the front desk to checkout and asked how much was charged to each credit card because the payment was split. The same clerk as the day before printed the bill and said "Read it."  I cannot understand what benefit this clerk provides Nantasket Beach Resort as his lack of customer service was appalling and provided a very negative impression to my friend of our community here in Hull. I've had family stay at other nearby hospitality locations with far lesser cost that provided much better experiences. Not sure I would spend that kind of money there again! Honestly, i went in thinking that it would be a great hotel and it wound up being mostly "eh." I would've thought more of the hotel if it actually had any of the amenities that were promised on the brochure and website. There is no restaurant on site; they're either shuttered or closed due to corona. Housekeeping is practically non existent during a longer stay; in 5 days we've gotten two towels. Theres no game room, no surf shop close, and the laundry is just a washer and dryer that have yet to work in our trip. The rooms are okay. Bed is comfy. The saving grace of this hotel is the amazing showers and water pressure. Oh - and don't plan on customer service from the front desk. They're either young w bad attitude or older and don't know the answer to your questions. I'd stay here again but would lower expectations and also the price. read more

Our one-night stay in Hull, MA was magical and that was in part by the staff at NBR. Paul specifically was so courteous and welcoming to all the folks in our party. NBR is in the center of all the action of Hull, within walking distance from so many great dining options, and right across from the beach entrance. The Nantasket Beach Resort (NBR) has a wonderful location, nice furnishings and warm ambience. In February, 2023 we hosted my daughter's wedding at a Barn in nearby Cohasset. Because 75% of our guests traveled from out of state we required more rooms then the Inn in Cohasset could accommodate. Each room at the NBR has a fireplace, but on a cold winter night not all guest room fireplaces were operable. The front desk and housekeeping staff members were attentive to doing their job, showed kindness and were welcoming to our guests. The engineering department was responsive when guest room windows wouldn't remain closed. After working with the sales department since the fall of 2021, it would have been nice to have been welcomed to the hotel by management in person or by a note or card placed in my guest room. Especially at the room rates charged!! It was a further disappointment that I did not receive a thank you for my business from either the NBR or their parent company Newport Hotel Group (NHG), before, during or after my stay. Due to high turnover of the sales managers at the NBR, NHG Area Group Sales Manager worked with me during the 1 1/2 years, and as frequently as December 2022 regarding our room block. Every vendor who provided services to us over the wedding weekend has thanked us for our business and asked that we fill out a survey (to be posted online) reviewing our experience. The NBR has not. As I am responsible for booking approximately 70 room nights (30 on Friday night, and 40 on Saturday) in the off season, at a beach resort in the middle winter, an acknowledgement from management would have been prudent. Apparently the NBR doesn't want to book hotel rooms, aren't looking for referrals and are not interested in filling the restaurant with hotel guests. This demonstrates the lack of interest my guests experienced when attempting to make a room reservation. Additionally, the room rate was inflated by the amenities fees charged each and every reservation. For what? Although our family and friends enjoyed the accommodations and food, from a logistical perspective I would not recommend the Nantasket Beach Resort. They may want to promote themselves as the primer wedding venue south of Boston, but the best of best wedding and special event venue is located in Cohasset, MA. I can only imagine that the Nantasket Beach Resort remains in business, and has occupied hotel rooms every month throughout the year, not just at the height of the summer, because of their proximity to Cohasset. I had been warned of the reputation of the Nantasket Beach Resort from both locals and event planning professionals, but chose to use this facility to complement our event at The Red Lion Inn in Cohasset. As previously stated, our guests enjoyed the accommodations and food. I'd only recommend booking at the NBR if the location meets your needs and you are fully aware that there's a strong lack of managerial professionalism. Because of their frontline employees the NBR, and Shoreline Kitchen & Bar pulled off a job well done. I stayed here for a friend's wedding for two nights to the tune of $378 (this was WITH the discounted room rate for the wedding room block). While I understand the hotel is across from the beach and we were there right before Labor Day weekend, this price was absolutely exorbitant for the conditions and lack of accommodations we were met with. The front desk staff was the only redeeming quality about the hotel. My husband and I arrived in the room to find two full size beds - the hotel was apparently booked and there was no availability for a room with a king size bed. It was annoying that we weren't told about this ahead of time, but not necessarily a deal breaker. I was wrong. The restaurant's food was over cooked and dry. The parking is absolutely atrocious - the limited spaces (maybe 30 spaces at best for the entire south building) actually next to the building are so tiny, it is next to impossible to park. If you aren't parking at exactly the right time, you have to park up the street and walk to the hotel. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around and above you. It sounded like we had a stampede of elephants above us. The poor people in the room next to us (part of our group) could actually hear conversations my husband and I were having. The amenities promised in every Massachusetts guest room were nowhere to be found. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator: all missing from our room. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool that would have been nice but there were no chairs and part of our view included the hotel pool which was full of green water. The website boasts of a "newly renovated" hotel. Our room must have missed the renovations AND cleanings. Our bathroom was quite gross, and included a rod covered in rust/mildew/mold, as well as moldy/mildewy jets in the tub (see pictures). If the cleaning staff couldn't even clean the orange mildew from the white tub, how dirty and full of germs was the rest of the room? Save your money and do not stay here. I never like to leave bad reviews, but this one needs to be done. This is not for the resort, which I assume is very nice, but for the wedding planners. I had a wedding which was booked by my parents this past December, the date of the wedding was going to be 5/18/2019. Unfortunately, things did not work out between then and now, and the wedding was called off, over a year in advance. They did not refund any of our deposit, even though I have no doubt they will fill that spot (probably already have). Didn't offer us anything, a free night at the resort, a dinner, anything. So if you're getting married here on 5/18/19, congratulations your deposit has been paid! But I'm guessing they will take your money too. read more
