This branch of Nando's is one of two branches the company has on Albion Street, with this branch being classed as Albion Street despite being in the Leeds Trinity.shopping centre on the upper floor, alongside many other eateries including Carluccio's, Wagamama and Giraffe.
I've wanted to try this branch of Nando's for a while, after struggling to find somewhere else to eat int the Trinity Centre, I decided to call in here and it was pretty much a typical branch of Nando's in terms of decor, music and menu selection and price.
The store overall was quite large for a city centre branch and it was over one floor too, for example, it was larger than the branches in other shopping malls such as the Manchester Arndale.
I ordered my usual Nando's order of a Chicken Butterfly with Medium Strength sauce with spicy rice and chips and a glass of tap water, which comes to £11.30 or which is free with a red reward, as I recall it works out every 9 times you go to Nando's and spend over £7, you get a free meal like this with two sides or a free whole chicken.
The quality of my food was average/good, it was slightly spicier than other branches.
The service in the store was slightly poor, no one came to ask how my food was, which is something which I've found to be very rare at the many other branches of Nando's I've visited across the United Kingdom.
A nice branch of Nando's, and due to its busy and central location it copes with demand very well with decent quality food served in a nice store overall, hence to warrant a three star rating, sadly the main thing letting this place down is the service. read more
